I called ahead to inquire when they would stop doing state inspections for the day. They stated 3pm. I arrived at 1:42 and started waiting in line behind 4 cars. After about 30 min of waiting an employee comes out, walks up to the car waiting in front of me, and tapes a piece of paper that states “Last Car. Closed For The Day”.. there were no cars behind me and so I inquired why I wouldn’t be the last car serviced after waiting for 30min with everyone else. The employee just shrugged. Won’t spend a dollar here again. Currently at Lake Ridge Auto Care instead.

This place has gone downhill. I've been coming here for over 10 years to get inspections and small stuff like brakes. My recent experience was waiting 3 hours for a 5 minute emissions inspection that didn't happen. I went a different place the next day and even with 2 cars in front of me waited a total of 15 minutes. If customers that have been coming here for years are treated like this, how are they treating new customers? This place has seen better days. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the better service in the past.

When I arrived I was 7th in line for car inspection. More than 2 hours later and I was still 3rd in line. Ridiculous. Never wasting my time here ever again.

So I was in need of a safety inspection before my court date. I had very limited time and there was a about half a dozen cars waiting for inspections. I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. I will always be coming here for my vehicle needs.

This is one of the best mechanics around. Very polite and definitely works hard on your vehicle as if it was his. Definitely recommend to anyone. Work speaks for itself. Keep it up and will definitely return whenever work needs to be done. Also, will not overcharge for parts or labor.

Love is by far the best and most knowledgeable I’ve come across in the DMV area.
