This is a private community. You must be a resident to use the gym. There is security at the gate.

As a property owner and resident, went there twice over the past week. Once to attend the New Years eve party and a 2nd time with my sister to use indoor pool. The party was well planned, well attended and enjoyable. The indoor pool was good. Lifeguard was polite and personable.One problem however is once we entered the building, we found out the elevator to get down to the pool was not made available to resident use. I spoke people in mgmt office about unavailability of elevator usr. Was told it's because it had "Priority Access". Residents pay for clubhouse use and we should be the priority.

First off, the good: Neighbors are relatively quiet and mind their own business. People treat each other with respect which is great. Gated security that call you 80% of the time to let people in. The other 20%, they just let in Nice amenities The bad: Management seems to be unreliable in fixing problems. For instance, the monthly dues are HIGH and yet the same problems persist. The clubhouse hours are 4 am - 11 pm which are great, when the doors are actually unlocked. The security service is very unreliable and at least once every week or so the doors are locked. They claim it is "badge access" but they physically lock the doors so you will not be able to access it. The sauna is only open during staffed hours so good luck using it before 9 am. You won't see the value of monthly dues if you are a family as most events are catered to single individuals despite it being a "family residence". Overall, I would consider living here again if I didn't have to pay the monthly dues for mediocre service.
