Sales associates were mostly bad, too young and didn't know their product or how to assist a customer who's buying higher tier clothing.
It's Ralph Lauren, you're going to spend an extra $50 more per item than you think it's worth, but if you're going to complain about that don't wear Ralph Lauren.

I want to express my gratitude towards the staff at this store. I have never visited their store, in fact I don’t even in Virginia. Last June, I was traveling internationally and went to my local Polo outlet store to get souvenirs for my nieces. I ended up getting a dress and ordering a matching one to be delivered since they only had one in store. I also paid for expedited delivery. When I received the item after few days which was three days before my flight, I saw that a wrong item was in the package. I was overwhelmed and tried to call both stores (the one that placed the order and the one fulfilling the order). After a little digging I realized that my local store ordered the wrong item. You can see how pissed I was. Especially since there was no other stores for me to go get it in time. When I was on call with the store manager at Woodbridge store (they fulfilled the original order), Mr. Kevin Kennedy, found out that they have the item available in store and generously offered to ship it for me overnight out of his pocket (both the item and the shipping) to make up for a mistake that they were not at fault for and this way keep my faith in my favorite brand and outlet store, Polo Ralph Lauren.
He really saved me when I was desperate and angry, therefore I thought maybe this review would be a good medium to express my appreciation.
Best of luck and hope to visit Virginia and your store in future

I had an awful experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Potomac Mills. The employees completely ignored customers and were incredibly rude whenever asked for assistance. It’s clear that they should hire people who are actually willing to work. Avoid this store if you want decent customer service.

Rude employees, who seem annoyed if they have to get off their phones. Was a battle to make a return here, as they insisted I give them my email address on what was a cash purchase. No Polo, I don’t want your spam. Will be many years before I return, this store has a serious management problem.

The employees of this store just seem very unhappy. My family and I have walked in several times, and no one greeted us. We've walked past several employees and no one greeted us or said anything for that matter. I was in there yesterday, and the same exact thing. The employees seem unhappy and/or unwilling to help. I live in Dumfries, not far at all, but I prefer to go to Tanger Outlet. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and ready to assist. It's ashame that the store is so close, but just not welcoming.

Been coming to this location on/ and off for about 10years. Went in last week to browse for sales. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by sales associate, “Racheal.”Racheal helped my scan the in store QR code and I saved over 30% off on my entire purchase that day…I recently came back on Tuesday, to purchase more items and saved another 30% off my purchase.Racheal was there again and she helped me pick out something’s.Exceptional customer service from Racheal and she deserves a raise, plus bonus for going above and beyond her duties.

Upon entering the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, I was gleefully greeted by a sale associate. She was very helpful and willing to listen. The associate immediately began to assist me with my query.While waiting to ascertain if my particular size was available and I perused the store, I was again greeted by another sales associate. She was just as helpful as the first associate. While I continue with my perusing, I was greeted by Maria, the third associate.We began a conversation about other particular items I was interested in purchasing. She quickly began researching each item and located them. To be very transparent, I’m not sure if the associates work on commission or not, either way, I didn’t care. They were very, very helpful.As I preceded to check out, I again was met with the same energy as I experienced previously from the aforementioned associates. When I informed the associate that I didn’t have certain credentials (Vet) but was able to produce it on my cellphone; she understood, view the documents, and informed me that all was well.I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the store was in immaculate condition and that the entire staff was very professional and attentive.I say all that to say this, if you’re in Dale City Va., and are looking for a great experience in shopping, please visit the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store located at Potomac Mills.Thank you to the entire staff.

Was looking for lavender dress socks and was able to find them here after looking in numerous stores. This store saved the day for me to match my suit outfit. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I love this store! The staff is friendly and they are always able to help me find what I need even if it isn’t in stock. If you buy at the right time you can really get these high quality clothes at a great price. Typically I always get my polos and outerwear for 50-60% off. Pro Tip: Sign up for emails through their website. Go in the store and items will be marked down 25% off. Add on your 20-30% off that they occasionally send to your email and if you are military you can stack on the extra savings on top of that.
