This review only applies to Peggy Moore. I went with my wife to open joint account and Ms. Peggy was helping me but during the process she asked my wife couple times if she is a terrorist because she was born in Iran. I found this very insulting. PNC needs to do better job when they are looking for a candidate because employee like her is a bad reputation for them. Please avoid Peggy Moore if you respect all races and religions.

This is the worst bank I’ve been to yet. I went to this bank to open an account. I asked the lady what do I need do to open an account, and she said that she was going to the back to ask someone, and she never came back. I stood there for like half an hour. Nobody ever said anything to me - they’re so rude.

Surprising experience. Walked in, a man stood behind a desk to greet and assist I assumed. He just stared at me, then I said: Hi, I would like to open a checking account. He immediately answered with a slight aggressive tone that I can't just open an account without making an appointment. He said is it for business or a personal checking account. I said I would like to hear a recommendation like I got with a previous bank who closed their brick and mortar branch around my neighborhood. He said you don't understand, you need to decide if you open an account for business or personal, because these are 2 different people who I would then have to consult. Apparently they don't have a person who is knowledgeable enough to know for both types of accounts. That seems very incompetent to me.
Then he turned to a lady with glasses and asked her if she can make an appointment for me. She said I wish but I can't. WT??? With no explanation on why she can't. Then he sent me to Ms. Rose who was nervous but nice enough. He said: go to her go, as if I was a little child. What a place of rude and incompetent bunch of ignorant service providers.
Went to Burk & Herbert right after this sad experience with PNC. They were short staffed. But super duper nice. She was able to guide me to choose a for the moment suitable account. Knew how to open personal and business checking account. Opened my account within 20-25min. Left Happy, informed and knowing if I have more questions that all my concerns will be answered professionally and with respect. Kudos to Ms. Huarez best Bank lady everrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

PNC bank was charging $10 every month for last 3 years, that I didn’t realize. I went to this bank to complain and get some credit back. They were the worst at customer service. Ask me if you need more details.

Amazing customer service, Natalie and Arra (sorry of spelling is off) went above and beyond to make our bank experience easy and pleasant. We were passing thru and had a banking situation and they handled it swiftly and professionally.

Just went with my boyfriend to get his account set up for a debit card, Marina was such a great help!! She was very kind and nice and very informative! she helped us get in and out fast, if you ever need to go please schedule with her :)

This is a branch location to avoided. The so call help is terrible and unhelpful, they mislead my daughter in tk opening three abounds when she only needed and wanted a simply checking account And the so call banker convinced that she needed three accounts and than refused to help her to where I needed to come and helped her closed all three.
