This review is specifically for the PNC branch in Woodbridge. I have been a client of PNC for years and have enjoyed their services. When the Lorton location in Giant closed, we transferred over to Woodbridge. The difference in professionalism was immediately apparent. When a $150 money order was presented to cash, the teller first spoke to someone at the front desk ( the manager?), then came back and scrolled through my account for several minutes. My account had ample amount of money to cover $150 dollars. It doesn't take that long (he took AT LEAST 5 minutes) to verify my account. He said nothing when I questioned him. I complained to the bank manager on the way out. She had nothing to say and was expressionless, no apology, nothing. This was not the first time I have experienced unprofessional behavior from these employees. I am fed up and strongly considering a different bank.
