They have good customer service but there is usually one person working. If someone else is already there it will take awhile.

Cameron is a great Help! I had seen him at the manassas location and he was great help then with some earring and seeing him today definitely made us want to get some more earrings!! He’s such a kind soul and I love that he’s actually able to talk to us. He has been the only reason I actually trust this store now

I took my 4 years old and 8 months old girls to get their ears pierced. She did a very good job. Very good with kids, made me and my daughter comfortable. Thank you.
