Every date, I only get my flowers wrapped with love from them. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I went for flowers only today and they were simply gorgeous.”
“I read all the negative reviews and didn't know what to expect. However, when I arrived there was a single pharmacist covering the drive through, the counter, and the phone. She did a phenomenal job and her customer service and attitude were superb! I was truly impressed and thankful to get my meds after 10:000 PM!”

“The motivation behind this review is to recognize one Pharmacist in particular who works at the Smoketown location. Another associate said his name is Carl. He usually works on Tuesday and o know this because I've recently started timing my refills to coincide with his schedule. Pharmacist Carl seems to be the only person who goes above and beyond to resolve issues. Whether it be a mistake on the doctors part or fixing another pharmacist mistake I always know it will be resolved when Carls is on duty. I still use the Woodbridge location even after I moved because the pharmacy is efficient and most pharmacist that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a couple of women Pharmacist who are very good too. Same for the people who check out at the pharmacy most all are very friendly and professional. One girl stands out for that chip on her shoulder. Nameless girl but she average looking w blonde hair, but has a superiority complex waffling from her judgmental face.Otherwise I highly recommend.”

“Michael was very helpful and courteous. He noticed that I was delayed at the self-checkout, so he came over and took my purchase at his register. He did all this without me or the machine calling for assistance, just through his observation. Thank you Michael for providing an awesome customer service. Of course, the coupons were great too.”
“I would like to highlight Terrell and Matthew working at the checkout counters in the front of the store on Saturday June 1, 2024 at 1:15 pm. Both are extremely courteous and hospitable.
In a time where people could care less about offering good customer service, these two young men raised the bar! They need to be commended.
I hope management sees this and let them know that they have made an impact on us and set a standard for others.
