I was there 5 min ago and the black guy at register with any experience in customer service. he didn’t say hi, he was like ok get your things and get out of here ????? I have better customer service with the self checkout machine

Helpful staff, kept clean and pet friendly. Horrible layout, it's just hard to find stuff in there. Shelves are crowded and not labeled well in many areas, especially first aid, grooming and bathing products. Prices are not great, you can usually find same items online for cheaper.

Employees are very friendly and store is well stocked!!! However sometimes they do a poor job trimming my dog's nails. Recently I had to take her back 2 weeks later as they didn't take enough length off, she had a hang nail that got stuck to our carpet. This has happened twice now.My dog is well behaved, so it's not a struggle to trim her nails. I am just scared of hitting her quick. Not sure why sometimes a nail (or 3) gets skipped. It's happened enough my family calls it her Coke pinky haha

Update: I wasn't happy with my last grooming experience here. I paid for the "essential" service and I don't actually think they did the extra work. They were supposed to pluck my dog's ears and brush his teeth, amongst other extras I paid for. When they brought my dog out, he was supposed to be wearing a bandana, which is part of the package. He wasn't, so it immediately made me question if they did anymore than shampoo and blow dry him. When the worker at the front asked the stylist, Alexa, if the essential work was done, she just nodded blankly. Just gonna toss this place into the trash Woodbridge pile and move on... My advice? Don't pay for any upgrades. It's not worth it if the stylists have no accountability.I've regularly encountered bad customer service at this location. I had a particularly grating experience today with the cashier Theresa. She was completely rude, didnt greet me or say youre welcome when i said thank you. She just handed me the receipt without looking at me and spoke to the next customer.
