My fiance came in Saturday to look for an engagement ring while I was unavailable. Aaron went above and beyond and found her a phenomenal ring that she's totally in love with. She was so happy that she took me in the following day for my wedding band. Again Aaron went above and beyond and found exactly what we were looking for. Great job Aaron .

My wife and I came in looking for engagement and wedding rings. Aaron helped my wife on the first day pick out an engagement ring. I wasn't able to shop there that day it was a little nervous about her being taken advantage of but Aaron was forthcoming an extremely helpful. I actually came in the following day for my wedding band and Aaron was just as patient with me as he was with my wife the previous day. He truly is an asset to pawn USA and I highly recommend this establishment. Also my ring needed to be sized and their jeweler was out of town for a few days but Tom had a quick fix and sent me to another jeweler who could do it same day since she and I were in a crunch to obtain wedding rings. Thank you Aaron and Tom for all of your hard work and patience. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Mark and his team gave me and my husband exceptional customer service. The staff are very friendly, patient and waited on us with a smile. We really got some great deals today. Love this place. First time inside and I’m in love. The rings are what mainly caught my attention since that’s what I was there for but definitely check this place out!! Super friendly staff and they clean the jewelry free of charge anytime you bring it back in

I've been a customer for several years. Always great customer service. Items used for loan alway given back in the same condition. Never had to worry about my valuable items. This is the only shop I trust. Fair value for selling or loans in my opinion. I drive 2 hours to use this shop instead of some of those other shady places. Great selection of items and good prices.
