Spoke with DJ on the phone. Asked for an appraisal on a new watch.Told me to come in because they couldn’t “appraise” it over the phone.Drove an hour to get it “appraised” where they took a 10 year old womens $5000 watch that looked similar and appraised it on that.They made me drive an hour for a google search which they didnt even honor.When I called, DJ said they were “strong and competitive” with their offerings at “market value”.I then made DJ look up my exact model # (2023 Mens) and we were both staring at one for almost 9 grand.They then proceeded to tell me they weren’t interested.All in all….They made me drive an hour, lied to me about appraisal, didn't offer me anything, then proceeded to yell at me when i pointed out their lack of communication.The guy with dreads and the lady DJ was working with were also extremely rude.Stay away from this place they are liars, incompetent, unprofessional, childish and will prey on you for fast cash. They would have offered me 500 bucks if i stayed there

Went into your pawn shop today to look at silver coins. They price them on eBay, no problem, but when l asked prices, the woman yelled at me, The pawn store staff were very rude. Don't give them your money. Staff need to be retrained in customer service and learn how to talk to customers.

It was a pleasure working with Erin. He hook me up. Great prices a good quality. bought the power washer from there only used it one year and the pump went up and the pull cord broke. Spent $900 on the product do not recommending buying gas products from this place

Bigger than I expected, from what I saw pretty good variety. I went to go pawn two purses and some Pandora jewelry, although I couldn’t pawn my purses (because I didn’t have to tag, totally on me) they were super sweet about it. A really nice guy helped me out, believe his name was Kofi. Overall, friendly staff.

This is the only pawn shop you NEED to go to in the area. Can’t stress “NEED to” enough. I called in to inquire about having a link added to my watch. I spoke to Aaron & although it is advertised that their jewelry repair is only available M, W, F he told me to stop in. I visited two other jewelry stores in the area and store 1: the owner was not there to add a link. Store 2: they wanted me to leave my watch for a week to add **1 link**It took Aaron 5 mins to add my link but I couldn’t help myself from staying another 20 mins to look at their inventory. Excellently priced watches (esp. high end), diamonds, & a great selection of guitars I couldn’t keep my eyes off of. There’s definitely a reason this family-owned business has been open & thriving for 32 years. Customer first is their motto.Aaron provided complimentary service. I’m running back home, bringing one of my other watches for battery replacement/installation (very cost effective), and might pick up the bass guitar I was looking at. Very professional & courteous staff. I’ve been here several times before & feel very welcome && great vibes everytime. 5/5 Stars COME HERE!!

They accepted merchandise that was stolen from me and wouldn’t work with me given the circumstances. The lady who answered the phone was rude and talked over me.
