I was about to be charged 18.00 for Priority(non flat rate) box weighting 11.60 oz . Since I mail frequently, my instinct immediately told me the was wrong. I went to Annex store in Lakeridge and was charged $9.85 for.the same package. Beware and know your fees..

As mentioned before, poor customer service from the owner. Clearly does not know what he is talking about. He tends to talk over customers and threaten them when they ask too many questions about his business practices.

John Song has a terrible attitude. He rushes you to talk and fails to fully listen to the customer. He needs to change his attitude if he plans on serving customers. Never coming here again. There are plenty of notary places around here- he has to understand that people don’t have to come to his place of business.

This place is awesome! I have not once had an issue at this location. The owner is very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer many questions without having to think twice. It is a little cluttered with old keyboards and dvds. If you need a place to drop off your ups package or anything along the lines. This is that place for you.

I have used this parcel plus and had a great experience, if your butthurt about it being closed at 4:50 pm get there earlier
