Traveling out of state my boyfriend and I visited this location. We went in with an item that he purchased for me for Christmas. One of the bangle bracelets. Walking in we were greeted by a salesperson to assist. The receipt says Angela but I’m not for sure that was her name. She was middle age short. Black hair. We explained to her the situation then there was another sale person that may have been a manager or higher up. She looked over at the box and said to us “I don’t have it” then the original salesperson we had helping us she was logging on to pull up to scan the barcode of the bracelet that was still brand new never work not even fully tried on and the chime in states again “I know we don’t have it” our original stated she was still going to scan just to double check since we were informed by another store prior to this visit they had a total of 19 in store! Chime in got ma and walked away and blurted out “find you go check do whatever” so long behold she does find a MEDIUM IN MY SIZE ! She scanned in and I walked out with the bracelet! I am so grateful for her! But the way I was treated with the thicker sale person dark hair as well was totally uncalled for. I have had yet ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE at pandora! We really had a discussion about how it is such an issue to get the correct size they don’t want to assist us, they give us attitude . They even LIED TO OUR FACES! (TRIED ANYWAYS) it was after I made the comment that “I will just buy it in a medium” with the idea of turning around to list the one that does not fit online since they don’t stand by there products! If a manger gets to read this feel free to call me contact me via email so we can discuss the course of action and why I was treated so POORLY ON A VACATION .

My sister and i were shopping and weren’t planning to get much but ending up doing a huge purchase. Tonya & Marzana provided such excellent customer service, we didn’t even realize the store had closed and they were so patient & helpful. They were awesome to work with. Definitely my favorite pandora in the DMV! I’ll definitely be stopping by again looking for these two lovely ladies!

"I typically don't leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Pandora store compelled me to share my thoughts. Working in retail, I understand the challenges, but providing a simple acknowledgment to a customer is common courtesy. I visited the store to ask questions and make a purchase for my daughter. The sales associate informed me there were two customers ahead of me, which was fine. After an hour, I returned to the store, and the another associate was assisting other customers without acknowledging my presence. She didn’t acknowledged me there where no hello or give moment I’m busy be with you right away not thing. She look at me with disgust not sure she hate Spanish people or she thought I was broke . I didn’t felt comfortable so I left with my kids. Just be careful come in this store.

My normal go to location. If you’re not sure who’s next ask instead of ignoring customers who’s been waiting. Angie this one is for you do better horrible customer service you don’t deserve not one star.☮️✊?

I’m indecisive for sure but with the help and amazing customer service from Carla and Bet it was not bad at all! So happy with my purchases each time. The Potomac Mills location tends to have lots of selection from other locations, maybe because it’s an outlet.

This store provided excellent customer service and also educated me on my jewelry, which other stores have not done. They care about their customers here. I will definitely be back at this location.

As im waiting there I asked if they have birthday charms. She responded yes give me one moment and and ask who's next. Ive been waiting before the people she took over me and its very upsetting that I wasted my time waiting just so someone else who walked in after me is taken care of before me. The fact that I walked across the entire mall which is not a few steps just to be disappointed is very frustrating. I truly regret wasting my time trying to come to this store. Poorly managed. How do you not know whos next in line?
