I had a terrible experience at this location. I waited about 5 mins to be greeted, and employees were just talking to each other. This place does not understand the importance of customer services. I won’t be coming back!

Store has horrible customer service, have been waiting for my part to arrive for weeks now and they just keep saying it will arrive the next day but never does. Un top of that now I gotta wait another week for my refund. no one in the store know what they're doing.

what business establishment does not greet customers when they come in. I felt like i was not welcomed there at all. I will not visit this location any more. the auto parts are great but the customer service is pathetic. This company should work on training employees on customer service.

Poor customer service.Lack of knowledge.Lack of professionalism.I called looking for a specific part & the employee was getting an attitude when I tried to explain that he isn’t looking at the correct model vehicle for which the part I needed. Continued to argue with me & Held a huge ego when corrected.

I purchase all my auto parts from them. I been going to them since 1993 and never had any problems with purchases or returns. They give discounts and treat the customers right. It they don't have the part they will order it from another location and it will come the next day. Great for foreign auto parts and accessories. Highly satisfied and reccomend Olympus Import Auto Parts.

It they don't have the past they will order it from another location and it will come the next day. Great for foreign auto parts and accessories. This is the ONLY place I purchase my auto parts for imported cars from. They have always been competitively priced and if they don't have it in stock, they have it brought down from Alexandria within 2 hours. I highly recommend this place for any parts for an imported car.
