The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.

Dog seemed to be hurt somehow after annual exam and worse after a follow up checkup the next day (to see what was wrong - nothing was found, but we were charged again). Was panting, pacing, hiding, avoiding us for several days. A week later he is almost back to normal.

Bad terrible took my dog there for boarding for three days came back with a bloody nose bruises and scratches and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT and never contacted me filled with rude staff and extremely overpriced please don't waste your time or money on this terrible place

There's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews and its not the patient, also They don't even know what supposed offers they have, despite being adamant they don't do health certs with a seemingly rude person on the line without even confirming I finally mention the USDA's website has them accredited, this ticks her off or something because she puts me on hold for about 20 minutes, then just hangs up on me, consider anywhere else because this place isn't it

After a bad experience with Banfield I took my puppies here for diarrhea. They didn’t even let us into the building until they knew that our puppies were parvo free which made me trust their level of care. The vet was extremely helpful and attentive. The staff was great and what we paid for a two puppy visit is what we spent on 1 puppy at Banfield. I definitely found the place to bring my babies

For basic needs, they are fine but if things get complicated, the front desk staff and the technicians couldn't seem to handle the communication piece. The two docs that I saw were just fine.

Old Bridge Vet has been our veterinarian ever since we moved to Virginia. They helped us through a difficult time with our dog Bella when she passed away earlier this year. They were compassionate and caring. Our new dog Peggy is well taken care of also by them. I would highly recommend them to any pet owners in the Lake Ridge area. They also provide kennel services which we have used several times. Always with great results. I should also mention the employees there. They are very friendly and you can just tell they love animals. Pricing is about the norm for any vet and they also provide a military discount.

Great staff, extremely overpriced veterinary services, for a cytopoint, lypto and heartworm exam they wanted $500. River Oaks vet was able to do the same for $150. Great staff doesnt excuse price gouging by the owners who set these outrageous prices.
