It happened at about 15:50 in the afternoon of September 25th, 2024. When I went shopping in the Nike store in woodbridge after work, the employee named ebeneizer said something to the manager with headset after I had finished the payment and was ready to go out. Their manager stopped me and told me that I was forbidden to shop at their store today, and I was very surprised because I had come to Nike for the first time today to buy a pair of tennis shoes for my wife's birthday, and then their manager told me that I had bought 15 pairs of shoes earlier today, so I couldn't buy any more, and I was confused because I was shopping here for the first time today, At the same time, I went to the Nike App to show the manager, he also made sure I did not lie, and told me you good, and explained that their staff had made a mistake, mistaken people, and neither the staff nor the manager had any apology, I was very angry and speechless. I would like to say that it is very irresponsible for you to treat other customers as scalpers without proof. In the meantime, I am also in need of legal assistance and will contact their Nike headquarters before deciding the next course of action.

Everytime I come here I always find something good whether it’s Nike yoga or dunks. The biggest thing people don’t understand mostly is that it’s a clearance store and even though I come here often they will tell you time and time again no exchanges no refunds period doesn’t matter if it has tags or not or even got it three seconds ago. Thats one downside about the store but thats literally it. Staff is great, store is large has alot of foot traffic so it can get a little messy .. understandably so since its a very popular store.

People working in this location are not very smart people. Rude Lazy Trash bags. Never will return to this store again. Manager act like he on the streets or something. Very unprofessional.
Plus it's just the garbage that nike can't sell in here anyway.

The line was a mile long, but luckily they had zero shoes in my son’s size. Crazy. Not zero shoes that he liked, but literally zero shoes. Period.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Nike store in Woodbridge. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased just 12 hours earlier. The shoes were in the exact same condition as when I bought them, with tags still attached and unworn.
Despite this, the staff refused to accept the exchange, citing that clearance items could not be returned or exchanged. I understand there are policies in place, but their rigid enforcement without any empathy or consideration for the circumstances was very frustrating. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were not valued at all.
I expected better customer service from a brand like Nike, and this experience has certainly made me reconsider shopping at their stores in the future. If you value good customer service and flexible return policies, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Update: I returned it through Nike app with chat no call ?

Worst Service from a Top Company!
I bought four pairs of kids' sneakers during the Memorial Day sale. One of them was little small, so I drove 1.5 hours to the Potomac Mills Nike store to exchange it for a larger size. However, they refused to do the exchange, claiming the item was a 'final sale' and couldn't be returned or exchanged. But I never purchased it as a 'final sale' item. The product did not indicate it was a 'final sale,' and I had no reason to believe it was.
The manager approached me, repeatedly stating that 'final sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged. I explained that there was no indication this was a final sale item, and no employee mentioned it at the time of purchase. Even the cashier said nothing about the 'final sale' policy during the transaction. The manager seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and showed no intention of resolving the issue. He just stood there repeating, 'No returns, no exchanges.'
The cashier claimed that although they didn't inform me at the time, the receipt stated it was a 'final sale.' I had to search through the 10-inch receipt like 'Where's Wally?' to find the tiny 'final sale' notice. Is it really so difficult for an employee to simply say, 'Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged'? It seems Nike staff are not trained to provide customer service, only to sell products.
I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Nike store. I felt frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. I wasted 1.5 hours of driving for an exchange and ruined my mood for the day.

A neat store with friendly staff. The range of shoes should match your taste and shoe size. But the prices (+- $50) of a pair of shoes are great.
Sportswear also has a very wide range.

Told this pos employee I needed a size 10 slides and he literally directed me to the section sold me womens slides and then proceeded to tell me they aren't returnable 5 seconds after purchasing. Needless to say I won't be shopping here no more...nope......I'm going to be stealing from this store and I recommend everyone else at least grab a pair of slides they won't notice trust me hehe
