ATM never accepts Cash Deposits.
Somebody needs to fix the ATM over there because for cash carriers, wasting your time at this Navy Federal is inevitable.

This is the worse Navy Federal Branch I’ve ever done business with. Every time I come in here they turn me away stating they can’t complete a requested task. I attempted to open a business account here after doing research on the website. No where on the website does it say you cannot apply for a business account in the branch. When I come in Im told they cannot open a business account and I have to do it online.Again, I come into the branch to apply for a personal loan. I ask the teller to assist with this and she seemed completely unaware of the process. She couldn't answer not one of my questions. Im looking for consultation on the best option for myself and she was absolutely no help. She enters my information for a debt consolidation loan and it immediately comes back rejected. I ask why as I meet ALL required criteria (great credit score, solid annual income, good standing with all financial institutions) turns out she entered my information into the wrong loan type and it was rejected. Took a hit to my credit score for nothing! I ask her why it was rejected and she states she doesn't know but she THINKS it has something to do with the type of loan being requested and that I would receive a letter in the mail with the specific reason….guess what…that letter never came in the mail. Till this day I have no definitive explanation as to why my loan request was denied.Then today I go in to the branch to have an account closed and Im told yet again this cannot be done and I must go through their website.Today is my last day coming into this branch. Complete waste of my time and work day.

I must say that I've never been so embarrassed!! Navy Fed approved me for a loan, after I gave them the vin # and the agent told me we don't usually do commercial loans but being that I was converting this van into a travel van for my family, the retro fit bunkers in the back would make it a personal use van and that when I called in for validation to tell them that and I will be fine. ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT!!! The agent flat out lied and when I called to validate Navy Fed told me they don't do commercial loans. I told them it wasn't and I explained that to the agent that and he told me that all I had to do was tell them that I paid for the conversion at the dealership for the bunk beds. After it was turned down I spoke to two people and both of them refused to let me speak to their supervisor and they both told me that they didn't care what the other agent said they weren't going to make it right and that they wouldn't have me transferred to anyone else!! If this is the way they take care of the military I think it's all time to switch to USAA!! The worst customer service ever!!
