APPLICANT REVIEW I did a phone screening for a cashier job here and from there the manager wanted to set up an I person interview. I confirmed the date with her on the phone (they did NOT email me a confirmation date) and put it in my calendar, only to show up and be told my interview was scheduled the day before. I insisted I had the correct date and time so whomever the manager was at the time offered to interview me that day instead. Made me wait 20 minutes just to come back and say they're sure they had the correct date and turned me away. If I had misheard the date so badly over the phone, it's an honest mistake and they should follow up with confirmation email after the phone screening to make sure it doesn't happen. But, I think they screwed up the date on their end and wouldn't be honest about the misunderstanding. Wasted my time and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Applicants be wary, the whole process felt unprofessional.

Couple nights ago I was at the location. Employees are very rude and Management. The employees are hired thru Craigslist. They harass you during your shopping experience. The food is not that fresh. Especially the prepared food. It taste very bad. I would not recommend them or give them business.

Traveled a ways out, worth the trip! They also sell worm castings, non-gmo seeds, and fertilizer. You can bring your own bags or buy theirs. They also have insulated bags to purchase, so if you're traveling to get here- don't think twice about getting cold goods or fresh produce! The service is friendly and employees seem to truly love their job here. The selection of dried goods is VAST! This store is massive. Lots of culturally-oriented goods as well. There's an area where you can select your own freshly made nut butter from machines as well. I'm impressed and more than comfortable with doing it all over again :)

Have been to multiple Moms locations and this is the best one. If it did include a cafe, l would say the best. I love how everything is laid out in a cozy way

Great store with a very friendly helpful staff. They have a wide variety of organic healthy foods that are hard to find elsewhere. I recommend this store and will continue to shop here.

Just wanted to say Hillary was amazing! She’s very professional, very nice, great customer service! She helped me understood a question i had about a coffee brand and she explained it very well. And also the coffee they had out to sip on was very good! Definitely will be back soon. Thank you!

It’s wonderful to have a thoughtfully sourced organic grocery store in Woodbridge. Thank you for serving an area that sorely needed this option!

Mom's,How do I love thee?Let me count the ways!Outside of the stellar customer service Mom's employees provide, what I love most about this organic market is that they are one of the few (if only) grocer in the DM(V) that sells Certified Humane meat from local farmers that go through a rigorous process to get the certification. I have become more conscious about the food I consume. While I'm no vegan, since I eat meat, I care about how the food I consume was handled and treated during it's incarnation (or lifetime).Energy is energy. I don't care to consume anything from an animal that was not humanely treated. My temple deserves better. Mom's creates space in a competing market where we are flooded with food that is mishandled in various different ways with food that is handled humanely and with care and for that I am most grateful. What I also love is how the store is always clean. I have never seen a spill in isle 9 that I had to notify management about. The produce is always beautifully presented. Everything is! It's a beautiful store to shop in and experience. If you have questions about anything, an employee is always readily available to help. They don't go and send you to find whatever you're looking for yourself, they walk with you and oftentimes they will go get it themselves. That level of customer service anywhere is almost obsolete. What I love most about Mom's is how they aren't just another business looking to exploit its customers with inflating prices for goods not worth their price tag, no. Mom's is an embedded member of the community and they act as such. Whether it's their recycling program or their pledge to their employees to provide a fair wage. They care and it is reflected in everything they do.I really cannot say enough about Mom's. If I had to complain about anything, I'd say, I wish there were more of them. Do yourself a favor and shop Mom's today!

Unfortunately the staff at Mom's chose to participate in discriminating against a disabled woman for returning items (in coordination with their alleged return policy) that were spoiled, stale, molded, etc. After i brought a suggestion to date their bulk items so they know they aren't selling stale items beyond the expiration date that was received gratefully. But when i explained it wasn't fair that we have to pay for produce items that are bad (i've literally had a peach with mold around the pit) considering they are reweighing the items. Now all the sudden on Xmas Eve, they disclose a hidden return policy that you are only allowed a certain amount of returns before they will no longer accept them. Instead of them making sure their products are good quality that's what i expected. i guess after getting stale, molded, bad items more than a few times i should have stopped going to them. Obviously i will not be forced to buy bad quality items from a store that unfortunately chooses to discriminate. They should practice discrimination on the items they purchase so i wouldn't have to return things!

This store is super clean!I often visit for wheatgrass powder and exzema baby soap.Once an employee sees a line developing, backup is called. Good observation there! They have a sign on the door, if you not nice - go somewhere else. ?
