I am EXTREMELY upset. First we lost our dog, we finally found him at the animal shelter 2 months later. Of course they forced us to adopt him , even though he was already ours. Then comes the mandatory neuter. We were sent here because we were told it was more affordable than the other option, a lie..... Then we get a call and we were told the price of around $220 only then I arrive and it's suddenly $280. During the phone call with the doctor I was informed that there were additional medicines that we could pick up if we would like to but considering I have seven animals I already had those two prescriptions at the house and didn't need any additional medicine. Then I get out to the van only to realize the bag they gave me has those medicines in the bag that were supposed to be optional but I wasn't given the option when I went in. I was merely told that the bill for today would be $280.... i had to max out every dard i had. I have five kids and I'm a single dad with custody of all of them, an ex wife that has failed to pay child support for 9 months now, and so to be hit with another $60 on top of my bill just to get my own dog back is beyond ridiculous. So it has cost me $330 now just to get my own dog back..... and it's a shame, too.. because I need to get the rest of my dogs and cats spayed and neutered and now we will be going to the place in Manassas instead because what just happened was extremely Shady. This medicine is to keep the dog calm but really it's the same medicine that my fiance takes because she has nerve problems and like I said I have other animals so I have plenty of Gabapentin laying around and didn't need any extras. Arsenal should mean optional not we're going to stick you with it anyway and not tell you just so we can turn a profit. I hope that $60 was worth it because chances are this bad review is going to cost you more than that.

Since new management we will never use Minnieville Animal Hospital again. A valued member of 8 years. so disappointed it's a wonder why you chnage teems mulitiple times. The two woman vets have ruined this pace.

Dr. Greenwood and the Minnieville Animal Hospital team had lovingly cared for my best little buddy since he was born 15.5 years ago and had been with me in support and kindness as my faithful and loyal Snoop Dogg left my side earlier this month... ? until the last beat of his heart ? mine will forever be ? . Thank you Dr Greenwood and staff for all that you do for our fur baby family members.

They always treat my dogs nicely and professionally, but they continue with COVID protocol, so you lose the approach with the doctors,

My dog got really sick. I was calling everywhere struggling to find a place. But every hospital I called had no availability until I called minnieville animal hospital. They told me to bring my dog in early in the morning and within two hours he was checked out and got his medicine. Staff are really nice. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place, fair prices. Edit: I used to drive 45 minutes to go to this veterinarian but they have jacked prices 377% higher for a simple teeth cleaning on a 3.5 lb yorkie. It was 440 dollars previous, now they want 1660 for a simple yearly teeth cleaning. I understand prices have gone up for everything and everyone. This is way to much of a price hike, I can’t help but believe that this has now turned into another cash grab veterinary clinic.
