My kids love their teachers and friends at this school! From the baby room, to toddlers, to preschool, they've had fun & educational activities.
As a parent, communication with the school has been smooth regarding scheduling, food, illness, potty training, and everything in between.

Minnieland is the best. This where my first grandson went and now my newest grandbaby. My grandbaby loves his teachers and the whole staff is great. I surely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice daycare with a loving staff. I love to see my grandson face light up when I drop him off. The smile says it all.

To Minneland Academy in Occoquan, Virginia old bridge Rd..I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the love, and the commitment that your staff shows, In my profession I can only say that this is a direct attribute to the leaders The Duo Kim”s -Kim O & Kim R, Night Supervisor Ms Abby, the beautiful teachers that are educating themselves to Provide Skilled reinforcement to our kids because everyone wants to emulate a leader.
My granddaughter (Rayn) has been attending the Academy she has 2+ yrs. Their reinforcement how to Respect & Accept people for who they are, as well as give her best side to everyone Allows me to feel even more comfortable that she is in Safe hands and is helping her to be a better person in life.. The duo team and staff they walk the talk.. I appreciate that most highly because the team leaders will hold everyone accountable for doing what they’re supposed to do.
to the quality Duo team “MS. KIM” I think the staff for being there for my granddaughter, this has also become her fun place before and after school. Outdoor, equipment They provide Great Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks, she’s gaining Weight, lol Thank you for providing well background approved staff with a desire to continue quality education to maintain the Quality Staff the Minneland Academy in Occoquan, Virginia near Occoquan Elementary School.

My children have gone to Minnieland at Occoquan since September 2021. Every employee truly about cares and loves my kiddos. Every question I have asked the teacher or directors has been addressed or explained. It’s amazing to be able to go to work and know my kids are safe and well taken care of. Both children are excited to go to daycare and frequently talk about their friends, teacher and their activities.

Minnieland Academy Occoquan - A Home Away from Home for my GranddaughterI couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at Minnieland Academy (Occoquan). My granddaughter has been a part of this wonderful daycare since before she could even walk, and now, as she approaches three years old, I couldn't imagine her anywhere else.The Director, teachers, and staff at Minnieland Occoquan are nothing short of amazing. They greet my granddaughter and me with warm smiles every morning, making us feel like part of their extended family. The care and attention they provide go above and beyond, creating a nurturing and loving environment.Minnieland Occoquan offers outstanding programs that not only educate but also make learning an enjoyable experience for the children. My granddaughter has thrived here, and it's clear she's not only learning but having a blast while doing so. She eagerly anticipates her days at preschool Explorers, and that, in itself, speaks volumes about the quality of care and education provided.What sets Minnieland Occoquan apart is the personal touch. It's a place where everyone knows your name and, more importantly, knows which parent belongs to each child. My daughter has been at Minnieland at Occoquan for almost a year and the director and the staff are awesome. They are very patient with her, they treat you like family, and their communication is on point.The center always smells good and is very clean. They follow all protocols for the COVID 19 and make sure that my daughter as well as other children are safe by maintaining social distancing , children from ages 2 and up along with their teachers wear mask. Their director is very welcoming and works with you through all your questions, she checks up on your if we miss a day just to make sure that we are ok. I couldn't have picked a better place for my daughter to learn and feel safe.

Well 2020 was not easy for us, but Minnieland of Occoquan gave me the flexibility and peace of mind during the pandemic. They provided the support that my kids needed during this hard time and I am thankful for that..

We attended this facility for almost 2 years. The beginning was a little rough due to run ins & discrepancies with the management at the time but soon as Ms Angela became the Director THE WHOLE CENTER CHANGED for the BEST!!!! the staff seem happier, the environment feels warmer, the attitudes from ALL made a complete 360 turn. Ms Kim (lead supervisor) & Ms Angela loved my 3 sons like they were family. My 2 yr old NEVER cried when dropped off, his teachers were so good with him.We left because we moved away, but we still keep in touch with the teachers & Ms Angela & my 2.5 year old still asks about his teachers & classmates. We miss you Minnieland at Occoquan!

Minnieland Academy at Occquan is such a great daycare! My son is 11 months and has been attending since 10 weeks old. The care that teachers have for all of the children is so wonderful. Ms. Aisha and Ms. Kim do a tremendous job of taking care of my son and going above and beyond. You can truly tell the love all the kiddos that come to their daycare. Every morning my son has a giant smile on his face when I drop him off. The director, Ms. Joyce is also just as great. She keeps in touch with the parents and is always happy sit down to answer questions or concerns. I couldn't ask for a better daycare or a more loving team of teachers to take care of my little boy!!

I am usually very picky when it comes to daycares for my children but I have only amazing things to say about this place. EVERY teacher in the infant room is fantastic. Ms Kim, Ms Kailah, Ms Roe, Ms Aisha, Ms Sharon all truly care about the children. My daughter (just turned 1) jumps out of my arms with big smiles on her face when she sees her teachers EVERY morning. I have popped in at random times during the day on purpose. She is always happy. Not only just her, all the babies are happy. This is already her third daycare; I thought having a full room of crying babies is unavoidable before I found this place. When I did a surprise pop-in at a previous daycare, I found my daughter crying by herself in a ball pit (obviously changed daycare soon after that). I would recommend the infant room of Minnieland at Occoquan to any family and friends with a heartbeat (no experience with other rooms yet). Ms Joyce did a great job running this place. This place is a hidden gem!

Michelin place if you have babies and children's that need to attend a daycare center it's equipped with teachers for kindergarten pre-kindergarten and it has a lot of options for activities that impact the child's educational knowledge

My infant daughter went here for a while; my family and I moved to GA and unfortunately had to take my daughter out. If I could give this place more stars I would. I loved it and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my infant daughter with anyone else. I visited a lot of day cares in the area prior to choosing this one; it was by far my favorite. Not only did they take EXCELLENT care of my baby girl, but they use an app that notifies me via email all day of every action with my daughter. I received an email notifying me every time she was fed and how many ounces she ate, I got a notification of every diaper change and whether it was a wet or bm, and one for every nap she took and how long she slept. I felt soooo connected to my baby girl all day when I was at work and I loved it! Oh and they also send photos of baby throughout the day too. It definitely made going back to work so much easier. I wish wish wish I could have stayed in Woodbridge just so she could have stayed at this daycare. The infant care is amazing, they even have a curriculum that incorporates baby yoga; and the moves are focused to relieving gas, and the teacher showed me the moves too so I could use them at home (after looking them up I learned they're pretty basic moves, like holding hands to feet and rolling left to right, NOT crazy baby Russian yoga or anything like that lol). Also, the ladies that work the infant/baby area are so sweet/energetic/caring. I loved this place...sad to move away. Honestly, I can't say say enough good things about it, and no I'm not paid to leave this review or anything like that, just one happy momma with a great experience there. And no, this isn't the first or only daycare I've used, I've got two older children and have never found a better daycare.
