I have used this facility twice in the past two years and had a great experience both times. The couple that manage the place are ver nice. The place is safe and clean, the bathroom is always clean. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The lady in front, a blonde with tattoos, is a big racist. We were ready to fill out the paperwork for the storage unit but she told us that we needed more information and a bigger storage unit when previously the other lady had already shown us everything. The blonde arrived and gave a tough character not only to us but to her co-worker! What a bad customer service and a bad way to treat your own co-worker! I don't recommend it!

Costumer service does not serve racist for the
Hispanic public, apart from being ugly, the lady with an ugly manner, there are rats, they finished my clothes, my furniture. Horrible, there are cockroaches, paying for your things to be destroyed.

We all know moving is difficult within its self but for Mr Mini U storage Chas made it a little easier especially with the rental truck on site. Having that as an option has really been helpful.

Everyone that work in the front office is very nice like the location. Just the units are not clean when you rent them the floors in unit are not swept out. But thats' something I guess i could do myself.

My unit was covered in rat droppings, rat carcasses, and a few living mice. Most of my stuff is filthy and will need to be trashed, but they won't let me throw stuff away here so I have to pay movers to haul my rat covered items to a moving truck to find a dump. They did come disposed of a rat carcass and told me someone probably had food in their unit nearby and "it happens". Basically I paid to haul stuff here, store it, and am paying to haul it away to the dump. Super gross and even toxic with this much rat urine and feces.
