Best place in town super cheap and affordable. The customer service people are amazing and super helpful and nice. They helped me for the 1st couple of months payments aren’t bad. If you need anything you just call them and they will help they go beyond and out for you. Definitely recommend this place

Folks, Several points of why this Stoage facility is the one to choose! 2 Prime considerations for us is Security and price. We are more than willing to travel from Montgomery Count, Maryland to Woodbridge, VA to place our belongings.{We recently encountered a Break-in at a Maryland storage facility. The “thieves” took EVERYTHING!!! The Sheriff could only do DNA testing on the locks and from our mouths. (We wonder if test results, in a few months, will reveal who did this to us). Additionally, they only have 2 security cameras in the office, one outside the back door of the office, and one camera at the gate entrance. So the sheriff has no video footage to review of any persons or vehicles driving up and down the compound.}Mini Price storage has many, many security cameras on each floor, down each aisle, by the elevators, and the entrance and exit gates.Sarah assisted us with obtaining two units so that we could have a contract, that would result to 299 ft.², but be charged as though it was one unit. Furthermore, we reserved the units a month in advance. Mini Price storage did not pressure us that we had to secure the units within a week or so. Another thing was, they did not have to take any deposit for your reservation. We found that absolutely unheard of!!! Usually storage facilities want to secure some type of monies as soon as possible. Mini Price storage is very flexible and is all into the ‘customer first’!! Matter of fact, they even call to see if everything is to your satisfaction. They just don’t set up a contract with you, and then just treat you like you’re “just another number.”These facilities are immaculate, elevators, operate. Without delay, they provide several hand trucks on each floor, which makes it very convenient, in lieu of, bringing your own to the facility. Each floor has its own pair of restrooms. It’s all climate control. So if you have something like candles, or something that would be sensitive to extreme heat or cold this is an excellent facility choice.They have great specials, other than the ones that are advertised on the website. You get to pick your own pin number, which is excellent, so it’s easy to remember.Our only regret, is that we didn’t know about this facility sooner.
