I went into this location to swap a PHP phone for a damaged one and to buy a case and screen protector. The transaction was smooth. No issues. I get a text message alert today letting me know I've reached my data limit for the month. I'm supposed to have unlimited data. I go to check my Account and that's when I realized my plan had been changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!! Unbeknownst to the agent, the plan that was on both of my lines was the result of a previous incident where an agent at another location added a line without my consent. CRAMMING is a serious offense. I have already filed a complaint with the FCC.

In this place the workers buy phone cases online for $1 and sell them for $15 or for $20, they are scammers
Also in that place they hire people with false papers. I demand that they do a check and investigate for selling unauthorized products in the store.

Great place to shop the most inexpensive cellular plans, phones, and enjoy EXCELLENT customer service. The biggest thing about this particular place is the above and beyond quality of customer service provided by the staff here. While I have always seen genuine care from all Metro PCS stores, Jackie still took it to the next level here. She patiently helped me with recovery very process for my apps and data, transferring procedures for a new phone, and all of my questions for almost 45 mins. She was nice, polite, caring, and professional at all times and didn’t blink despite the time-taking tasks. She looked up various solutions for my phone issues and applied them to help. She taught me new lessons and tricks that matched my needs related to my apps issues. I highly recommend this store because of its wonderful and helpful staff, will definitely come back for more shopping here, and will introduce it to my friends for their phones and plans. So, thank you very much, Jackie.One more thing, this store has more phone accessories and there is a higher chance of benefiting from its good incentives on them when buying a new phone here. Some shops have very limited accessories and, there, can’t offer much.Highly recommended.

This review for the mobile T company in general, it is disrespectful that after you have been in a plan with them for 10 years, now you are forced to pay more for a plan if you want to make a trade-in because otherwise you do not qualify and they don't give you anything for your phone, which plan is the same includes the same but only more expensive, I think they should think carefully about their promotions and think about their long-standing customers

I love the customer service I love how they always look for a way to satisfied the customer. If you’re looking into getting a phone or even wifi which is at a great price as well, I really recommend this specific store.
