Excellent customer service! My dad fell and broke his ankle, they were great in getting us needed equipment the same day. Very friendly, in delivery and set up as well as answering any questions.

Lady was rude on the phone. I inquired about a replacement nebulizer masked. She said I needed a prescription just for the mask. I just went and took my business to Amazon. Wasn’t even worth it !

Yes this place has alot of varieties of medical need. But they have a strict no return or exchange. I bought a incline pillow for my husband's shoulder. Two hours later I get home, my husband said no that won't work. We Did not open the package. I called and I could not exchange for another pillow that can be helpful for my husband's shoulder. So its very frustrating of buying a$60 item and the item is not helpful. So $60 for nothing.

This store is such a blessing, they have so many choices. The people are kind and patient, we felt like family. It’s nice to have a place with people that care about what they sell and take the time to offer suggestions on what might work best. I know we will be back whenever we need additional supplies.

Ordered a hospital bed for our 98 year old Mom, just before she went into hospice. Very accommodating and quick service and a reasonable cost. She was approved for hospice soon after and the bed that they provided was almost identical. Pickup was courteous and efficient. Really appreciated this service at a difficult time for our family.

I live in NJ, but my daughter lives in VA.My husband is bedridden and in order for me to visit, I must rent a hospital bed for him to use.I have done this on two occasions this year.I recommend them highly!!! It was a smooth easy process both times. I was called with updates regarding delivery and pickup and was in constant communication with them. Mabel there couldn't be more pleasant to deal with and the delivery guys very kind as well!

Not happy with my experience, I rented a scooter for a month due to a broken ankle.It was due for return as stated on my paperwork on a Sunday which is a day they are closed. I had no idea they were closed and rented a van to be able to get it back on time. Needles to say when I got there I was pretty upset. I called them to inform them of my ordeal and they did nothing but charge me another F$&king $40 to come pick it up. Just zero compassion or consideration of what I went through just the day prior trying to return their equipment. I will never use this location again and do not recommend this business to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Mabel and the selection in her store. In preparing for a total hip replacement surgery I've spent hours on line researching equipment and supplies . Then hours more guessing and making selections from different companies. only to get to the final check outs and be told items were either discontinued or back ordered. I gave up buying on line . Besides I need to see and try things. I checked out mabels store. She is fantastic. Knowledgeable down to earth and beyond helpful. I got to sit on different commodes and shower chairs until I found the right fit. She agreed to sell me the new one already assembled. And assembled the other one right there. that saved me another hour or so At home. I Tried out different canes, walkers, reachers, snd supplies until I found the ones that made me feel most comfortable and stable. all the while Mabel showed me how to use things and adjust heights. in 45 min I left with EVERYTHiNG I needed for post op recovery . All assembled and under 320. That was the best experience I ever had shopping !!! Thank you Mabel

Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... Amazon's gain!

I am from out of town and my mother need a portable neb machine. The store had closed but they took the time to wait on me to drive 8 miles on Memorial Day to purchase the machine so they we could travel back home the next day. Thank you again for talking the time to wait on me it really meant a lot.
