I recently had to get fingerprinting for my job and Mailbox Junction is a fantastic place to do it. I made my appointment and was in and out in under 3 minutes. The guy running it was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

NEVER BUT NEVER leave your packages in this place, cannot reprint a receipt and and then they do not give you information about the package that they themselves have received, BAD SERVICE.....

I went in for 0800 fingerprinting for a new job. Patrick greeted me, checked my credentials and professionally took me thru the fingerprinting process. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very bad customer service. When I called just to ask few questions the lady who picked up the call was very rude. She didn’t even let me finish my question and start talking rudely. She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. And she was telling me to call customer service where they just playing a recording voice no service there at all. So I had to cancel my appointment just for these reasons.. I wish if someone can guide them some manners..

The gentleman who works there was very helpful and enthusiastic when I went to get my fingerprints done.Edit: the gentleman’s name is Patrick. I went back again today (9/11/21) to get fingerprints done again for a new job I got. Got my photo and fingerprints done in less than 5 minutes. Another great experience, and he was very friendly.

Awful experience. Mannerless rude women.I have visited this place few times before. However, this time I had this rude women, first she had no idea about the post priority mail envelope, instead wanted to sell a box. Then when provide my last name, for some reason she was unable to pull my information from their system. So she is asking me if I know my last name. Seriously. Just because, I did not buy the box, you have to check if I know my last name.

I came to this location to get my fingerprints scanned. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was in & out within 3 minutes. The process was super easy!
