Great experience! Z was our primary salesperson, but everyone was very friendly and the teamwork made the experience much more pleasant. No pushy sales people! I got a used Toyota Corolla and Z took his time explaining the carfax and warranty info. Cleaning and detailing before purchase was great. Would definitely use them again for future purchases.

Basil Moye really took care of me during the car-buying process. He didn’t take advantage and made sure that I got the best deal possible. Everyone we worked with at the Woodbridge Ourisman CDJR, including Rick and Ryan, was super helpful and kind!

Bought a car here in September and have been met with the best customer service. My sales representative Ali “AJ” Elhage and finance manager Michael Ko were able to answer all questions I had and helped take care of any concerns I had before the purchase with utmost professionalism. I have nothing but great things to say about the team I worked with and the dealership as a whole. Would recommend this dealership and specifically my sales team to anyone looking for a new car.

This is my 3rd car purchase with manager, David Black, and it has been the smoothest and most professional experience I've ever had in any purchase I've ever made in general. Nothing more to be said. Thank you David, for your honesty and incredible service. See you soon!

I purchased a car from here a couple months back. My salesperson was good, my finance person was very dishonest with me on warranty information and I ended up having to pay a deductible two weeks after purchasing my vehicle when I was told that I did not have to worry about paying for anything for the first 3,000 miles or 3 months. The vehicle that I purchased was certified used. The CarFax report stated all of the services that were performed on the vehicle on 7/24/23 which included replacing the front and rear brakes and resurfacing the rotors. After the purchase, I had to take the vehicle in for service because the brakes were squealing pretty bad and for an I owe you that I was given at the time of purchase. I had to make several calls to get an appointment as I had to contact their concierge that does not return calls. After several calls and e-mails, I finally get an appointment and the service department did a great job this time in replacing my front and rear brakes and rotors. The only issue I have with the service department is the lack of communication. My vehicle was in the service department for one week and I only received one phone call and that was the day the I dropped my vehicle off stating that my vehicle would not be ready that day.It is very frustrating to have perfect service when purchasing a vehicle, but then terrible service when trying to communicate your needs after the purchase. I made several attempts to cancel an extended warranty to no avail and had to reach out to the warranty company to explain to them that the dealer was not assisting me and I was told that was strange because the dealer only had to click a button to cancel the policy and I was given the run around for a month. I also attempted to receive a quote for CarPlay and just gave up and sought services elsewhere.

I recently had a rather frustrating experience with the service department at Ourisman CDJR in Woodbridge. My Jeep was in their care for a week for what seemed like routine maintenance: battery replacement, an oil change, tire rotation, and inspections. The main issue was the service’s slowness. A week for these basic tasks felt excessively long, and I had to endure the inconvenience of not having my vehicle during that time. This prolonged service duration was quite inconvenient, and it disrupted my daily routine. While I understand that service centers can get busy, a week for what should be relatively quick procedures seemed excessive. It left me questioning the efficiency of their operations. Additionally, communication from the service department about the progress of the work could have been better. On a positive note, the actual work performed on my Jeep seemed to be of good quality, and I had no issues with the services themselves. However, the extended wait overshadowed this aspect. In summary, my experience with Ourisman CDJR’s service department was marred by slow service, with my vehicle being held for a week for what should have been routine maintenance tasks. I hope they can work on improving their service efficiency and communication in the future to provide a better customer experience.

I'm looking into an ongoing intermittent issue with my new vehicle. My service advisor Mike Love took the time to discuss the symptoms and even set up an immediate appointment for further diagnostics. I ended up not needing the appointment but will keep monitoring the issue. Kudos to Mike for his help and time!

This dealership made the car buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined! I test drove a Dodge Charger at a different dealership closer to my house but they were pricing it far too high. I saw an almost identical car at Ourisman and was able talk through the sale on the phone with Amine who was incredible! Came in the next day for a 915AM appointment and drove out in my brand new car before 11AM. They made everything so, so easy. Jorge (and the wonderful woman who was shadowing him) were extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and moved me through the test drive and initial paperwork with ease. The Finance Manager, Mohammed, was also amazing in helping process everything so quickly and simply. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was in the market for a Ram Limited 19 and above in black or white. I was having a hard time finding one in my price range/driving distance and then came across a white one that Ourisman had recently gotten in. I sent an email and my salesman, Jack Linton, promptly reached out to me. Jack is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I know there’s a stigma that comes with being a car salesman, but I got the impression Jack was a genuinely good, honest dude. He offered to fly me out to the area on their dime since it was going to be a 6 hour drive. I declined as I assumed that would’ve been used against me somehow in the negotiations. I was concerned with the frame of the truck as far as rust goes. Jack went and took multiple videos and pictures of the underside of the truck and sent them to me. When I arrived at the dealer, Jack had the truck pulled up for me and ready to test drive. Truck was in amazing shape. There was an issue with the tailgate opening and Jack promptly had his service manager check it out. I had my own financing so I didn’t have to do much with their financing dept. They offered me a warranty beyond what was already on the truck. I declined and appreciated them not trying to pressure me into buying it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience using Ourisman CDJR in Woodbridge and would go back as long as Jack was the point man. I think my salesman Jack was the sole reason for my pleasant experience. He was very busy as he was working with me and another customer both the same time but he kept things moving in a timely manner and was very professional and well organized. One observation I did have was I was watching Jack go back and forth to me and the other customers he had, and it didn’t seem like he was getting much help. There’s were a few other guys who sat at their desks the entire times and didn’t say/do anything. Seemed like that man could’ve used a little help! The price on the truck was fair. I tried to talk Jack down a few different times but he didn’t budge. Ourisman has it stated on their website that they are a no haggle pricing dealership and I found that to be the case. I have always negotiated the prices down on the previous cars I have purchased but the dealerships always find a way to throw in some unexpected fee in that basically negates the negotiated price. That wasn’t the case at Ourisman. The price was cut and dry. There was the price of the car, the sales tax, $999 doc fee, and $150 fee for NC registration. That was it cut and dry. So If you try and negotiate the price you’re probably wasting your time with these guys. Their prices are pretty fair as is. I found better prices elsewhere but then the dealers were trying to add $950 cleaning/ceramic “coating” fees, $750 Window tint fees, etc. you don’t get any of that here with this bunch. Last but certainly not least, to the general manager, get those salesmen some A/C in their offices!!

My son and I live in New York. We bought a Challenger Hellcat. Of course they have to give us a temporary out of state plates but they said they taking care of our permanent plates and after many calls to the salesman and finance manager and the general manager over the last few weeks, we have never received a call back on our issues. I recommend that no one out of state buys cars from them. Because once they get their money, it's the hell with their customer. If I don't hear from them within the coming days, I'm going to call the better business bureau.

By far the worst service and the customer rep Demetriouse was awful at following up on calls. The services department put the wrong tire on, then said the tire was on back order but somehow i was able to go through tire rack to get it replaced. After that i returned the wrong tire and was told i would get my money back. Needless to say i never got that. This place has bad service all around. Why make a schedule appointment just to pick it up at the end of the day for a simple oil change. If you care about your dodge then go to another place. Never felt like they care and non-responsive and that is pointed to management.

TL;DR:My experience with Ourisman of Woodbridge has been a nightmare. Communication was great until I paid, then they became unresponsive. The car had multiple issues, including the ABS light coming on and a battery undersized for the vehicle. Service was frustrating, with long waits and out-of-stock parts leaving me with expired tags. The executive manager, Nino, blocked my emails instead of addressing my concerns. I caution potential buyers to research thoroughly before trusting this dealership. To add to the frustration the car needed $1200 in repairs to pass Maryland's State Inspection. Repairs that should have been caught during one of the many supposed inspections you perform. After all that's happened I can only assume your team knew of them and would rather pawn off this lemon than correct them before the sale. Full review:I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the car I recently purchased from Ourisman of Woodbridge. The entire experience, from the initial purchase to the after-sales service, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their communication will be great until you sign that check, then good luck getting them to respond. Right after driving the car off the lot, the ABS light came on. But that was just the beginning of a series of problems. Less than two weeks later, the car failed to start, leaving me stranded and requiring the car to be towed. It turned out the battery, was undersized for the vehicle, which should have been caught in their "detailed inspection". The service experience at the dealership has been equally disappointing. When I brought the car in for repairs and clearly communicated the issues beforehand, I wasted nearly six hours waiting, only to be told that the required part was out of stock. I wish they would have told me in advance since I live two hours away and could have just went home. To add insult to injury, I have been informed that the necessary part will take over a month to arrive. After telling them I wanted this car bought back and I didn't trust what else would be wrong with it. The part was magically in and my car was ready for pick up. They also wouldn't provide me with an offer (can't wait to find out why they didn't want to pawn the car off on someone else). With all these issues I couldn't get my car inspected in Maryland so now I'll have expired tags until I'm able to get into a shop for an inspection. After reaching out to the team, with my concerns their executive manager Nino choose to just block my email instead of responding. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers considering a purchase from them. I urge you to thoroughly research and reconsider before entrusting them with your hard-earned money.

I brought my new RAM 150 EcoD into this dealership. I had ZERO issues until Ourisman's Service Department changed my oil. Now it's leaking. Haven't heard a word from the Service Department.
