I purchased a brand new WP TL wash and WP ELE DRY on Sunday 02/25/24, all charges paid for and it was delivered on Tuesday 2/26/24 as scheduled at 13720 Smoketown Road Woodbridge , VA 22192, The washer flooded my house the very first time it was used, I went back to the store to request for a tech to come and look at whatever the problem is, a sales reps schedule a tech for the following day Wednesday, and said latest by Thursday someone will show up, NO body show up. I went back later in the evening on Thursday to request for an assistance, this time the manager on duty was called up, Mr. James McClaren, I explained the issue to him, to my surprise all his asking me is if the washer is still flooding as we speak. I explained to him that we did not attempt using it after the initial flooding. He disrespectfully said that, "my question is a YES or NO question" if you cant answer, then i will take it for a NO. I was shocked and flabbergasted, my question to him was do you expect me to continue flooding my house in anticipation for the washer to stop? he said "it might stop leaking". Finally he looks through the system to confirm my address, and said the best we could do is Saturday. i resolved that if the fix is not now then the defective appliances should be remove and I will need a full refund. He gladly accept but insist the refund will happen after the appliances has been return to the store. He does not exhibit any sense of empathy, neither did he poses any managerial quality or good customer service. Never experience a shabby and sloppy services like this, its extremely poor customer services.

So far, I am very disappointed. I purchased a high end refrigerator a month ago to replace the one I had that died. The final price included a separate delivery charge as well as an extra charge to remove the old. This morning they came over, too one look at my stairs and told me they were unable to bring the fridge upstairs. Without trying, they left the new fridge in the lower level of my home near my front door. They look pics to show the fridge was delivered. At my request, he called a supervisor regarding the measurements. Speaking in Spanish, he underreported the measurements of the measurements to the supervisor. I myself measured the area twice. I measured my stairs. The width, to include railings going up is 32 inches. The landing to turn on is 37" by 45". The 3 additional steps after landing is 33" wide. The fridge with doors off is 28"" deep. I overheard what Oscar was telling you in Spanish. He gave you the incorrect measurement. I measured with a neighbor to make sure. This tells me your men could have brought the fridge up w/o having to remove railings. I've had several delivery people come to my home bringing furniture, etc. This has NEVER happened to me to be told I had to get and pay an extra contractor to have merchandise I've already paid for to be delivered and installed. Mind you, in addition to paying for the brand new fridge, I already paid a separate charge for its delivery and additionally for hauling away the old one. Why did they even bother to bring the fridge in my house if they're not installing it. I have no use of a fridge I paid thousands of dollars for a month ago. If I have to remove handrails, it will cost me an additional $400.00

Went to Lowes today to buy a over the counter microwave. There were two young men in the appliance depth. They both were socializing. When I asked for help. They said they would be with me in a minute. After waiting about ten minutes I left. Worst customer service ever. Went to Home Depot and got waited on when I walked in the depth. The sales associate new the products and my new microwave will be installed in a few days. Lowes you lose

I purchased, online, a $1200 Bosch dishwasher on 11/17, as their website stated it would be available by 11/22 for installation. Lowes contacted their installer for us when it arrived, after Thanksgiving, and we were contacted by installer and scheduled for install, 12/2. The installer went to Lowe's morning of 12/2 to pick up and it was damaged. They talked to Lowe's to expedite a new one and I was contacted when it arrived. They did not notify the installer, which is their job, so four days later we got another call from Lowe's asking when the contractor would pick it up. I called and texted the contractor then and scheduled the installation for 12/14. Once again the contractor went to Lowe's morning of 12/14 and the second dishwasher was again damaged. A third one was then ordered. I called Lowe's this time to see what their plan is. I was assured I would hear back after 24 hours and as of 12/17 have not been contacted. I have NEVER been contacted by anyone from Lowe's with any assistance or plan or apology, just crickets. I CAN NOT recommend Lowe's for any major appliances as they clearly do not care about their customers.

Buyers BEWARE! Ordered a refrigerator online through Woodbridge store advertised on sale (however, not inexpensive). Received email night prior confirming delivery, as promised. Received an email morning of delivery with a 6 hour window. After waiting all day, received an email at 6pm notifying delivery had to be rescheduled. Next date arrives - Same thing happens. Talked to the Store Mgr who verified the appliance was in the warehouse and said delivery company was a 3rd party and had no control over the schedule. He rescheduled delivery for the next weekend, called us to let us know that item was in his store on Wednesday prior to delivery AND AGAIN no delivery! Contacted a person in the Winchester appliance department who said the item we purchased had not been available to any store in the area in over 6 weeks and the only one available was a floor model still yet in a different location. When I called Store Mgr at Woodbridge store back, he was unavailable 5 times and NEVER returned my call. I cancelled the order and Home Depot now gets my business!

Buyer beware. Today I purchased a new miter saw, new blade, and floor nail gun but found a disturbing problem. The miter saw was used and unsafe to use. The box was sealed, and I had no reason to believe it was a return. Frustrated, I returned the products and asked to speak to a manager to show him what the problem was. Initially, all was well but... On my way out the door another manager approached me and said, "next time I could not return products I should have product opened there in the store". This would not have upset me, but this was my fourth trip. This systemic problem of used products being sold as new, missing parts, etc. was not acknowledged but turned into a question of my integrity or being the criminal who did this to them. After this encounter, my return is unlikely and of little consequence to this store but wanted to share with others. Be careful in the Lowe's location.

I am absolutely furious with my recent experience at Lowe's. I had the misfortune of dealing with a store that not only refused to accept a return but also treated me with complete disrespect and rudeness. First of all, I purchased a product from Lowe's on my credit care as I felt it is not the right choice for me I tried to return the item, I was met with a wall of resistance. The employee at the customer service desk gave me the runaround, claiming that we don't offer store credit. when i should them their written policy on the resister, they were giving me fake reasons. This was a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to avoid their responsibility. When I tried to reason with them and explain that I simply wanted a refund or an exchange for the item, they acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them. The attitude I encountered was nothing short of infuriating. They were dismissive, condescending, and downright rude. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and uncaring the staff was. Customer service is supposed to be about helping customers, but Lowe's clearly doesn't understand that concept. I spent my hard-earned money on their product, and I deserve to be treated with respect and fairness. Instead, I was treated like a criminal trying to scam them. I will never set foot in a Lowe's store again, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had. Lowe's should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others who are considering doing business with them. Avoid Lowe's at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Today, I received terrible telephone customer service and a voice-tree experience from Lowe's Woodbridge, VA (Smoketown Rd.). I just had a couple of basic questions about their dishwashers. After the fifth level of drilling down within their voice-tree system, they rang their Appliance Department. The phone rang unanswered for five minutes until I heard a relay transfer my call--which rang for another four minutes before someone answered. As soon as I began my questions, they said they needed to transfer me to their Appliance Dept.--so I listened to their unanswered ringing for nearly eight minutes until I was disconnected. Frustrated, I called again, but this time I asked to speak with "a manager." After five minutes of unanswered ringing, someone finally answered. I asked if this was the manager, and they said "no," they were only a customer service person passing by that happened upon the call. They said they would patch me into one of the managers. I sat on the phone listening to ringing, ringing, and more ringing, and relay patching me into different lines, for over six minutes until I hung up to take my business elsewhere.

This is possibly the worst Lowe's I've ever been in. I'm shocked at how terrible the customer service is. They called and notified me that my order was ready for pick up. After waiting an hour. They told me that it was buried in the back and "they'd call once they find it". I tried talking with a manager about it but apparently they were too busy to respond so I left. Go to Home Depot. This Lowe's is terrible.

BEWARE: There is a huge infestation of wasp RATS (not mice) running rampant throughout the shelves and across the floor at this location. If you think you saw something, trust yourself. You did. At first, I thought the "chirping" sound was birds, but Nah... the sound is of an infestation of RATS. Birds don't squeak and birds don't have long RAT tails. It's hard for me to believe that an infestation of RATS at Lowe's is contained at the store only. This presents a health hazard for surrounding food businesses in the same plaza. I'm confident that Lowe's has camera footage of is store to include the lawn and gardening area and that they know that the RATS are jumping/scurrying throughout the shelves. The employees should not have to work under these hazardous conditions and customers shouldn't be subjected to unsuspectingly having to risk life and limb and the mental anguish of reaching in a shelf for a product or merely standing in a space while RATS are taking over the shopping experience. This is my neighborhood preferred Lowe's and I'm still shook. I woke up on a Sunday morning at 6:00 am to write this review. Although Lowes is an indoor and outdoor shopping facility, RATS should/cannot be part of the shopping experience, nor should employees have to accept there are RATS at the workplace. SAFETY FIRST.

Terrible buisness. I ordered a washer and dryer. Delivery set for Saturday. Only the dryer came. Apparently they had the washer set in the system as "self pickup". WTF Who has a washer delivered but picks up the dryer themselves? Cost me my entire Saturday waiting for a dryer only. Then when I go back over there the guy tells me I can either take off work Monday and wait for delivery, have it delivered next Saturday or bring the dryer back and he'll refund the order. I told him not to worry about delivery of the washer, just go ahead and refund it now and also to come pick up the dryer. He said we can pick up from 8am - 8pm on Monday-Saturday. I said it will be outside in front of my house so pick it up whenever you like. Just know its going to be out there until you do. I have to makee room for my new washer and dryer from Home Depot. Never again!

I have been shopping at Lowe's for decades all over the country. I have never had the experience I had at this location. I ordered online and all picked up. That is when the good experience stopped. I waited for over an hour to have someone assist me to schedule and install. Was lied to several times during the hour wait. Them once the install was scheduled by a manager who in my option could have cared less. He was cold and impersonal. No apologies for my wait or anything. Then I get a text my assessment will be in such and such a date. Date comes and goes with no on arriving or calling. Then I get a follow up text that says it is for and install appointment. (13 days after my purchase) the gentleman shows up says he is just here for the assessment. We open the box and the sink is bent. Call the store since it was a special order only to be greeted by a rude women who sent me to ring bell where after 6 minutes the phone hung up on me. Retiring this and going to HomeDepot. I am guessing I won't get my install deposit back either... very disappointed

Beware of deceptive pricing at this location!! I was going to buy command hooks for $5.28, only to get to the self checkout and be told it was actually $6.98 each! When I told the checkout girl about the price discrepancy, she asked me to go take a photo of the price tag, which was slightly inconvenient as a customer, but not too bad, because it wasn't that far. When I showed her the photo, she said it was marked wrong!? Then she proceeded to tell me that I had to go to the customer service area. When I got there, the woman at the counter also told me it was marked wrong and ALL of the command hooks were in the wrong spot, which is mystifying to me. Then she wouldn't give me a military discount because I didn't register online, whatever the hell that means, either you care about your veteran customers or you don't. This Loews is a pathetic POS.

Horrible technical knowledge in the Mill Works, Windows and Doors department at the Woodbridge VA store and p-poor customer service at the corporate level. After 3 tries, i finally got a sliding glass door and french doors for my deck ordered (almost $7,000) for production and installation. After waiting for a full 3 1/2 months, the installer showed up with the sliding glass door ONLY. It had the fixed panel on the wrong side and no blinds between the panes (as I ordered and paid for). Since the patio doors were still at the store, the installer measured my opening and said he believed that the doors delivered at the store were the wrong size. He said he'd checked the measurements at the store and let me know if they could be installed; I'm still waiting for his call 3 days later. I called "customer service" who 1) called the store for me to find out what was going, but they could not get anyone to answer the phone 2) said they would "open a case" to get me answer on the patio doors, 3) told me they could give me a $25 gift card or 10% off my next purchase (huh?) as compensation for the difficulty, 4) said I could get a refund but there might be a 20% restocking fee, and 5) they might be able to "waive" the restocking fee (for their mistakes), but the request has to be approved by a higher level of management. I'll update this review as time goes on... Too bad I can't give a rating lower than 1 star. WARNING: If it ain't on the shelf at this store, I suggest that you don't special order it.
