Their customer service team is awesome, professional and courteous. My Tech, Oscar was amazing, explained everything in detail on what was being done as to the repairs to my Acura after someone else hit my car. He kept me informed throughout this whole process. I’m very pleased with the work that was done on my Acura. I’ve never been to Lindsay Collision before and I didn’t know what to expect but I surely would recommend them to anyone. The repair shop is great! Great customer service, great work, and great communication. I worked with David who kept me well informed from the beginning to the end. He was very informative and answered any questions I had quickly. The work looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was unexpected. I really appreciate David and the mechanics that helped to make my car look brand new!

We are very happy with the repair of our KIA Forte. Contacted continuously of the progress of the repair and once competed. I highly recommend Lindsay Collision Center for excellence in all areas of the process. I most enjoyed the service that we could pick up and drop off the rental car through GEICO at Lindsay Collision Center repair shop.

Just wanna say, these people are awesome and very professional! What I love the most is that one person that works there ( David ) was being super transparent with me since I had to go here per my insurance and it did take a while but it was because of my insurance. When I got my car back it was like brand new again! Thank you guys for fixing my K5! Very much appreciated and keep up the awesome work!

This is the second vehicle I’ve had repaired at this shop. Great work; friendly service, quality work, great attention to detail. There was one miscommunication in scheduling resulting in slightly longer than expected down time between drop off and repair. Altogether a good experience. I will use Lindsay Chevrolet’s auto repair shop again if I ever need collision repairs.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I’d tell you to go somewhere else from my experience. The customer service here is very disrespectful at least with my experience with “Joseph” aka Joe as he liked to correct me. From the beginning, the accident not even being my fault and going there to use them, he was accusing me of certain damages were supposedly not done from the accident. Regardless of insurance already approving everything. (Using the other guys insurance). Secondly, very bad at updating the website to let me know what’s going on with my car, and when I did call to ask how it was going, there was always an attitude or bothered tone that I was calling or I’d call and he wouldn’t answer the phone and accuse me of never even calling and leaving a voicemail lol I don’t know who would lie about calling but ok. Also, I think there’s a more professional way of answering the phone and saying “yo” to a customer. Very unprofessional, and untrustworthy. One day it’ll be that they are waiting for a part to come in and the next they had to send someone to go pick up the part? And taking a little more over month for that part? Never giving me a straight forward answer always the run around. I don’t mind having to move my two kids car seats myself, but the fact that he didn’t ask if I needed help or on top of not even asking me, telling me to take out the car myself and then to park the rental were my car was? With two kids? I wish I would have gone somewhere else. The parts that they “fixed” doesn’t even looked placed correctly and I noticed dents that were definitely not there on my new 2023 car that I only had for a month before the accident. But I rather deal with that than to go back to them for anything. Take your care somewhere else. If you look at reviews before going somewhere, this is your review to not take your car there.

The service was fine I just ended up getting my front bumper replaced the only thing is that they do not update you a lot. It was very hard for me to get in contact with my adjuster (Jason). He told me it was in paint for a few weeks. Overall I feel like service should’ve been a little faster. I assumed my car would be in the shop for a week or two at most. It turned out to be in the shop for almost 2 months. To add on to that, as soon as I walked in to finally pick up my car, I was not greeted or anything. The lady simply gave me a blank look. She handed me papers saying how much I owed and how much the service was overall, I signed it, and she just stared at me. Maybe if she spoke over what the paper said or what it was and then proceeded to ask for payment, I would’ve been happier with that than blank stares. Customer service here sucks.

Great experience at Lindsay Collision. Joe was very helpful explaining the whole process with regards to the repairs and assisting with my rental. Work was completed ahead of schedule and looks great.

They were good and friendly. Only thing was the left and right side of the front bumpers are apparently different colors in one small spot, but we didnt know. We found out by surprise after repairs were done. We feel like a phone call about it before we picked it up would have smoothed things over as well. All is ok now.

Rude and Lazy. We talked too Jason a few weeks back and told him we were full time RVers and had had a blow out in New Mexico. We were only there for six weeks and the collision shop was not able to get the parts before we left. We were heading back to VA where we spend the winter near our daughter's family. We offered to send the quote we already had so he could order parts. He didn't want it and said we would have to bring our 2020 Silverado 3500 HD so they could see it. He was pretty abrupt and rude on the phone. I have been servcing our truck at Lindsay Chevrolet so wanted to stay with a name we knew. Took the truck in today and was met with the same rudeness and basically didn't care response. Someone sitting behind the counter finally acknowledges me partially turned my way and stayed seated. It was Jason. It only goes down hill from there. He and the guy next to him start talking about how insurance is slow to pay and they didn't trust the quote I had. I then told me I had been payed for work authorized. They then asked for the quote and started berating it even though it was done by a Chevy dealer. They then called the insurance to made demands and left a message. All could have been avoided and not wasted my time by accepting the quote we offered to send them weeks earlier. Again, Rude and Lazy. Coming from an excutive that has run aerospace engineering and operations this team needs a lot of coaching or just be lazy and rely on Geico sending customers.

I received daily updates on the status of my vehicle repairs. The check-in experience was okay, but my check out experience was top notch. Oscar Aguilar was the associate that helped me. He was thorough, polite, and accommodating. The reception area is a bit cold without Oscar. They finished my repairs several days early.
