This isn’t a trustworthy place to bring your vehicle, in my opinion. Their “book values” on parts didn’t add up to us, the amount of hours of labor that we would be charged for didn’t make sense based on what they would need to do, and we have just gotten a really bad feeling from them in general. We had our suspicions the last time we went, and after bringing it in again recently we were told it needed over $10,000 worth of work. We had them do the bare minimum and then took it to a place recommended to us by other military families and were able to really find out how misleading Lindsay Chevrolet had been.

Very unprofessional managers. We found a much better deal at a local competitor who didn’t waste our time and mock us when we made an offer.

Brought my car in for an emissions test today after booking an appointment for 11:45am. I was told it will take an hour to get it back. What is the point of having an appointment if it is going to take that long to have a 5 minute emissions test done on my vehicle. This is the second time I have been here where despite having an appointment the wait time will exceed an hour (last time it was 2 hours). I will be finding a new Chevy dealership for my needs going forward.

DON'T FALL FOR INTERNET PRICE, ITS A SCAM!!!!! completed application on line, pre-approved and gave me a total I was suppose to put down and finance, i was looking to put 20K down, I arrive at the dealership and meet with salesperson and manager, Manager told me internet price was wrong and I was to paid 20K over the internet price!!!! made it sound like if I alter the number online and came up with the total!!!!! my response to that accusation was " how did I alter the numbers on your website? what a ridiculous accusation!!!! SO BE CAREFUL, IF YOU DO THE ONLINE PAPERWORK, BE AWARE, IT'S NOT THE REAL NUMBER!!!!!!!!!

Being an older woman I was taken in by all the 'extras' they offered. I spent a lot of money and have not benefitted from any of them, especially the Dent Shield product that was supposed to repair interior and exterior repairs. Anything I wanted fixed was not included. I feel like Lindsay really deceived me on this package. Especially the fact that a lot of the coverage was not available in VA. Surely they knew that but neglected to warn me about that. They ere more interested in making money at my expense. I will never work with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Been dealing with them since 2018 when I brought my SUV, worst experience I had dealing with a service department, Most of the time you have to call yourself to find out if your vehicle is ready or not. I use this dealership because it's 2 miles from my house. I love Cheys but I won't be going here for my next one. Lindsay Chevrolet Dealership, not the Collison Center. I would rather go to PEPBOYS for better service. At least, they keep you updated.

Wanted to buy a 2024 chevy 2500 HD was told and saw online sale price was $49568 savings of $5292 great deal NOT!!! they added that back on Online it shows total price of vehicle before tags taxs registration as usual but they added the destination and processing and options back onto the price that were clearly taken off in there add. Sad that dealers have to stoop to low life tack tic to get people to buy vehicles They would sell many more if they did not try and rip people off and try an scam honest people as if we were stupid dont buy from them there are honest dealers still out there!!!!!!!

Edit: Anthony Saunders emailed me twice and texted me after - somewhat passive aggressively and not very professionally IMO. Not sure why they keep trying to persuade me to buy from them, when they claim the car is super hot rn. Drove an hour to get here. Total waste of time. Was told over text with Anthony Saunders that the price for the 2023 chevy bolt EUV premiere is MSRP with no markups.Once I got there, and spoke with Alfonso (who was very cordial and nice at least), I realized the "no markup" claim from Anthony was basically a lie. They tack on a "mandatory" $2995 fee for a smartshield ceramic coating. Alfonso said that they're doing this for all of their new cars moving forward.. I know this number is total BS because the Chevy dealer in Tyson's was charging $900 for this and it was OPTIONAL. At least the dealer in Tyson's was honest about having a $5000 markup instead.Add on the additional bogus $1695.00 fee that was added to the total, and calculated before the ACTUAL tax was calculated.. and the total price got to over $40,000 for the chevy bolt euv Premiere. Hard pass, especially when that gets closer and closer to a Tesla model 3.Really disappointed that I was basically lied to, albeit indirectly.Never coming back, wasted basically two hours worth of gas for this.

I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I amDisgusted with how they treat active duty members and try take advantage. I said i was financing through Navy Fed, but they decided to add extra fees and did not wait a day for a check. I ended up paying double in financing because they get an incentive through their bank. The financing managers refused to let me talk to anyone that can help. All they wanted was a sale! They don't care who they stompOver..

Brought in for an oil change and inspection, somehow my ticket got lost. Work never got started. End result was free inspection and oil change. I didn’t even have to put up a fuss.

Avoid: Ashleigh Baer was the Sales Assistant. Came to look at a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST with the Duramax engine. AWESOME TRUCK. I have an 800+ credit score, a downpayment of $11000 ready to go. Advertised price was $46K. See attached. Ashleigh came back with a price of $68K. She added $8000 saying that I did not qualify for the incentives. As a USAF Veteran (Retired) and a wife who is a Prince William County teacher....both should qualify. I was told they would not honor my service or my wifes teaching. Does this mean Paul Smyth, General Manager, is anti-military, anti public service? You see the attached advertisement. Shawn, another Sales Manager, said, THEY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY. So, is this bait and switch? Its dishonorable. Will be writing to the local bases Quantico, etc. to let them know, BUYER BEWARE, for our military folks.

lindsay chevrolet continues to send junk mail to my address even after multiple discussions with their marketing team and them agreeing to remove my address from their mailing list.if i ever WERE in the market for a vehicle i would avoid lindsay chevrolet like the plague due to their lack of respect for customers.can't wait for car manufacturers to finally cut out scummy dealerships out of the equation and directly sell to consumers.
