Can someone please fire this Alex guy?? This man has the most trash attitude, actual bum of a guy. Highly recommend checking out the other Lids store 1000x more than this one. Please someone in corporate check this guy.

The dude working here was extremely rude. It was this tatted dude on both arms. I just wanted to make a return because I got the wrong shirt. He just grabbed it and when I told him I had the receipt, he said it's useless at this point and ended up stealing money from me at the register. Don't come here unless you want to receive terrible customer service.

I went into the Lids store located at Potomac Mills Mall. While I was in the location, my father asked the representative did they have a certain item in stock without making any eye contact at all he quickly replied no, my father then asked did they have another item in stock, and the representative had the same response, and walked away from the counter without asking if anymore help was needed. When the representative walked away I expressed how that was not good customer service, and he got upset in the store going back, and forth with me and throwing multiple slur words out during open business hours. This is not by any means a location where I will be shopping anymore, and you shouldn't either. Yelling at customers and throwing out multiple slurs is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how Lids wants to run its business you lost a few customers today.

I went to this establishment and a guy named Alex was taking care of it, I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he was very angry and he told me no, then he grabbed my cap and took the shackle off and told me the price without me telling him if I would buy it or not. Later I told him if I put my name on it and very arrogantly he told me 15 dollars. I will buy again in that place I do not recommend it the young Alex treated me in a very heavy way I just wanted to buy

The worst customer service ever. very rude and unprofessional. I've been going to this store for many years. I wasn't pleased at all with this vist. First of all, no greeting, no eye contact. I asked if they have a specific color, the associate said in a rude tone " this what we have". I grabbed 2 caps, waited to be called to the desk to pay. I was asked to provide my email address, paid with credit card. I asked for the receipt, and was told by the same impolite person that the receipt is sent to my email, which I still did not receive. I asked if I can get a hard copy instead in case of a return, the associate said " why would you return it". this not a question to ask a customer. I said to the associate that this attitude is not a good customer service, and they need to do better than that. then I asked to verify the email where the receipt went, because I was sure that the associate misspelled it. The answer was that he sent it 5 times, and nothing can be done. I asked to return my purchase. I was told to go to another store for the return because I'm not welcomed at "his store" and he went and brought a security guy. Chris who served me said that he's the store manager and the area manager. I asked for the area manager name and phone number, he gave me this phone number: 571-299-3338 and he started laughing and said he will be the one answering the phone and taking my complaint. I did not use any profanity language at any time during my visit at this store. Apparently the associate needs a lot of training or possibly being replaced by someone who actually cares about the business and the customers. this review is just a beginning. I'll reach out to the corporate and The CEO's of the company. this is not acceptable. I'll do everything in my power to get my complaint to the right people. just wondering why there are so many bad reviews about this store.

The current staff were very friendly! The store manager Billy was very talkative at most times whenever I go sometimes! I remember my man Kenny work there and my good old friend Aaron! Those guys were the best! My boy Nigel was a cool dude and Ben too as well! I mostly shop there for the Washington nationals team! And have great deals! I started wearing hats since right before I left high school!

How is it that the website say they close at 9pm I arrive at 7:50 and they're closed, the employee was too busy on her phone at the register to even care to tell me anything.

Nah bro. Came shopping for Christmas. Prices are more, or equal than just buying online. Almost no sales. The cashier typed in a cash purchase, as fast as he could - although I wanted to pay credit. Had to wait 15 mins while he argued with the manager over phone... Review: bla 2
