I had the best experience with Tatchin at this location earlier today. I arrived at the store as a new customer and explained to her that I am trying to get away from the brand of jeans I normally buy, and she had the greatest hospitality and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. Will definitely come back to this location for future purchases.

I purchased two pairs of Pants and paid $116.58 in cash, the cashier slammed the change on the table, because of her demeanor I returned the pants and got out. She refused to pay me back and asked me to go to the end of the line while I was in front of her. I will never go back to this store.

I’m an older gentleman ? and was having problems getting jeans that fit correctly (not too baggy or too tight). The staff was great, they give me 4 styles to try on and gave excellent feedback on how each looked. Ended up with 514 straight. They look good and are very comfortable. Kudos to the excellent staff!

The manager Tyquan conducted himself in a very pleasant and professional manner during my visit. He was kind and offered me help, when I didn’t ask yet while making my decision and gave me a great recommendation on a pair of slim taper jeans! Excellent customer service!!!

My friends and I were shopping at this store. We were about to pay when long time friends came into the store to shop as well. Since we haven’t seen each other for a long time, we excitedly wanted to take a photo together. This rude black male store associate shouted at us and said that no photographs are allowed in the store with the intention of embarrassing our group. I told him not to be rude about it. He said he wasn’t being rude and we should leave the store. I have never experienced anything like this, even at high-end stores that I’ve shopped at. We left all the merchandise that we were supposed to purchase and left the store. We vowed to never return to this store. This person was improperly trained in customer service and was showing off to the rest of the staff. This happened last Tuesday, May 24, 2022. I would’ve given a zero star rating.

I love this location the staff makes it 100% this will be my second review in a year or so and let me give a shout out to Ryan Young guy with piercings for being just a super awesome employee. I think he's the manager but he really has a hands on approach when helping customers. Helped me with an online store to store order and did so despite being a busy day. Again the staff here is almost always 100%. Location, merch and fitting rooms are clean and organized too.

When I was in distress, a dear worker named Natalie came through and saved me! Her style advice was flawless and my life/wardrobe changed for the better. Even her online order was perfect! Kudos. Will come here again.
