I took my car in for an emissions inspection a few months ago. Everything went well. Took the car to the shop, waited a few hours, paid the bill and was on my way. A few weeks ago I brought my car in for an oil change. Same as before - took the car to the shop, waited a few hours, paid the bill and was on my way. Review your owner's manual to see what kind of service you need. Make an appointment and let him know what work you need to get done. He was honest twice. He won't try to upsell you or play any games. He's open Monday through Friday during the daytime. If you have to take some time off to have your car serviced, do it. I believe that it is well worth it.

Excellent work, very honest, reliable and good pricing. I have been taking my Mercedes there for years. More than once it was just a simple thing that they took care of while I was there when they were looking over the vehicle and not even charged me. They could have easily told me it was something expensive and I would not have known. I have brought my vehicle two or three other places in the area. None of them can compare in price or service or honesty.

I have never been a customer here, but today I dropped off my car at a neighboring shop and the owner of Executive went absolutely insane because I had paused to find a parking spot. I was trying to figure out which parking space I could use, as each one is labeled for the specific multiple auto shops in that row, and he starts screaming at me to go back to NY (I have NY plates), move my car out of his way and other expletives. I got out of the car and asked what his problem was and he started honking his horn, yelling more expletives, and claimed he was calling the cops. At this point the shock of what was transpiring left me speechless so I just said ok, parked in the nearest spot, and went into the auto shop office I had an appointment with. As we were leaving the owner of Executive again popped out to yell, "That's right, get out!" Or something along those lines. At no point did I say anything to this person prior, nor anything beyond "What is your problem?" and the defeated "ok." I understand it's a tight parking area, and that my uncertainty may have caused a delay, but I don't think it warranted that tirade, nor the toothless threat to include the police. I have no idea how someone like this runs their business, nor do I ever intend to find out.

I have had several BMWs in the past I have used a place in Manassas and All German up in Springfield VA they do great worry but getting you car is a pain because you have to plan around rush hour. I was looking for a local place to get my Volkswagen Jetta serviced . The car stopped running when I was pulling into the driveway. I had the car towed there I inquired about having the timing belt and water replaced because they were do. Dimir said they would look at the timing and let me know if it needed replacing it turned out it did the replaced it the water pump while they were doing the job. They kept me informed thru the whole process and we're very professional . It was just what I was looking for a local reputable car repair facility close to Woodbridge. I highly recommend them
