Amber - store manager - horrible customer service. I see a lot of bad reviews about her. Seems nobody from corporate cares about customer service.

Went to this store to get Father's day gift for husband who is a fan of LaCoste products. Unfortunately, Amber, the store manager is on her shift. We are regular customer of this store and her presence exudes the opposite of "customer service". Her facial expression, body language, and demeanor make us feel that we are not important , and the feeling of "just pay and get out of here".
We had few issues with her behavior and responses at our last visit. We plan to write a complain at customer care of company and will provide details of her incompetence.
We loved Potomac Mills and this is a shopping destination for locals and international visitors. What a disgrace to have her at this location! We would like to continue to shop at this store but will not anymore if she will be there.
I cannot agree more with her reviews from others. Hopeful management will do something about it.

I hope this instance gets noticed by the district manager because this is completely unacceptable. It’s one thing to be rude but the store manager, Amber, literally abused her power.
On May 26, My mom tried to buy sweatpants which cost 40$. Amber herself told me the price. At the register, my mom saw the price as 40$, however, when she was about to pay, Amber did some stuff on the computer and made the pants at original price of 80$. We asked her nicely and reminded her that she said that it cost 40$. But she didn’t care, rolled her eyes, and continued to be rude. A week later, we went to the same store, luckily, Amber was not at the register. And we were able to buy the same pants for 40$. It made me so mad so I asked Amber about the price and she confirmed it’s 40$. She probably did not remember us.
This is completely rude and unprofessional to abuse her power to delete a sale for customers. I don’t know if we will ever shop here again unless some actions are taken about this matter.

They have the worst customer service ever. The store manager is unprofessional lady. She deals with customers with bad attitude. I witnessed her bad behavior with customers and her bad language as well. Never go there again and not recommended for anyone else.

Shopped here for years but won’t be coming back. My child touched a manikin and the staff not only gave us dirty looks but also badmouthed us in as we were browsing the store, chatting loudly for us to hear. We were going to get couple items but decided to walk away and never come back. In other words great products -poor poor service.

The sales clerk needs to train how to handle costumers. She doesn't have good costumer service. She talks like she's in a ball park commanding players to do what she wants. Yeah it's a she.

I was in the store in Potomac mills Va and the manager at the counter was extremely Rude , we asked her for a price and she literally rolled her eyes, like if we were going to ask her for something free . I hope the District manager of this location stop by and give her a training how to provide customer service .
