I sat for over an hour with a scheduled appointment after emailing my orders twice. No one told me that my emails were blocked until I told them I was leaving. Colossal waste of time. No patient communication. Go to quest.

I just had the most horrible and traumatizing experience, and on top of that, two of the stuff were so rude. They tried to intimidate me because I didn't want to be involved with her rudeness towards me.

Terrible Customer Support. LabCorp doesn’t care about their Customers as they will not respond and resolve customers request to view test results. I have instructed my Doctor to stop issuing Doctors Orders for Lab Work to LabCorp. My Doctor told me that he too has experienced many problems using LabCorp.

I stopped to get some lab work for my mother and they wanted to bill me 100% upfront. My mother has insurance and it covers 100%. I am not leaving my credit card on file with this people as they asked me to do when I know her insurance cover the lab work. Ridiculous!

Good service at the Smoketown Road (Woodbridge, VA) LabCorp Wednesday 10/18/23 8:45 am. I needed a blood draw and urine test for an upcoming doctor's appointment. The self check in machines are easy to operate and they scan your ID and insurance card. Employees were friendly and efficient. Bathroom was very clean and so was the blood draw room.

Definitely not coming back to this place. I brought my 3 small kids to get their lab done to this place. A few of them helped me to hold my kids while getting their blood work however I felt so criticized by some of these women. One of them with the long red hair was criticizing my kids bc he was crying about her sister getting her blood work. She said this is crazy!!! Come on they are kids and they will get all type of patients including kids. Then my oldest boy trew some shoes to the floor bc he was sad about his brothers crying. And one spanish woman with short hair kept looking at my son who is just 6 years old with a very intimidating face. I understand that is hard to work with kids but as part of the health care field I for sure know that judging is not part of our role!!! Not coming again.

The entire experience was a nightmare. Once you walk in the staff is extremely rude and lazy. I asked for help checking in and was yelled at through the wonder 3 different times I needed to use the self check in because she didn’t feel like doing it. I also came yesterday at 3 for testing and was told they stop “draws” at 3 even thought no where on their site does it say that and it wasn’t a blood draw it was for urine. The staff here is so rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend using and I will never work with labcorp again.

There was an issue on the order but they didn’t reach out, leaving the patient in the total nothing! We figured it out only going there, differently I was still waiting for a result that was not going to arrive. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful!

I had an appointment for lab test and it was done very quick and smoothly. The receptionist and the nurse who ran the blood were very nice and respectful. The facility were clean and nice as well.I liked it.

We went to LabCorp last week and while the clinic is nice and clean by itself everyone there was very nice and helpful. Kenia was the one who helped us with the blood work. She is not only professional but she is fast, sweet, loving and a caring person. If we have to use LabCorp again definitely I will ask for her.

Very unprofessional. They have patients placing urine their sample in unsealed paper cups in a basket together with other samples and no one watching. It would be very easy for someone to put their sample into someone else's sample. I don't think someone would do that, however it is possible. There should be no chance of that happening.

I am chronically ill and my primary doctor does tests through here. I’ve been here about four times and twice I’ve made appointments and twice I’ve walked in. I’ve had to wait maybe ten minutes max. I’m a notorious hard stick due to small veins and scarring due to lots of testing and they find creative ways to draw blood that usually takes only one stick and no digging around. The customer service is always great for me and I’ll continue to go to this location.

Just left this Labcorp and everything went really smooth. Made an appointment online, sat in my car to check in. Received a text to come in even though I has arrived very early and they called my name FAST! I was in and out in like 10 mins!! Fantastic

I have a horrible needle phobia and have needed blood work several times in the last three months. I’ve been helped by two very compassionate phlebotomists at this location, Devonte and Danielle (I might not have spelled those correctly). They tell me up front how many vials of blood are needed and when I should split multiple orders between different days or do them all at once to get the most out of the blood they draw. They’re patient, reassuring, non-judgmental, and efficient. The online scheduling is easy, the check-in process is easy, and the only reasons I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because 1. You can’t reach them directly by phone to ask questions and 2. The very first time I went in, the phlebotomist wasn’t patient or reassuring, wouldn’t tell me how many vials until I was in the chair, took out 14 vials for 9 tests (the other phlebotomists were able to do that order in 4 tubes total), and wasn’t responsive when I asked to lie down.
