Do not take your car here. Period. After three months, they finally told me that the warranty won’t cover the repairs on the car with the busted engine (that I was told would be an easy repair if I purchased the additional warranty). Not only did this dealership sell me a lemon, they took weeks, no - MONTHS, to communicate that the repairs would not be covered. I explained to them that my sister recently died and I recently moved and didn’t have access to the records at the moment and they didn’t care. I provided what I had and now that the warranty company has declined my coverage, I’m stuck paying thousands out of pocket. Not only is this a poorly run place, but the amount of frustration, and outright lies I’ve been told and had to deal with is insane. Do not take your car here, do not buy a car here. In fact, do yourself a favor and drive past this place to another dealer.

Overall had an alright experience working with this dealership. I had good service with Robert in which he sorted out what services I needed and ensured it was covered in my warranty and service contract. Which I would recommend that service is done with him. He was flexible working with me.
There was another service representative there that should probably work on his professionalism and customer service. While Robert and another service rep was helping myself, a phone call, and another customer, the unprofessional service rep whined about being at the dealership close to closing and that he wanted to go home. I cannot control the traffic at 5pm, but I was there before closing approximately 5:35pm and to just pick up my car.
While I don’t think I’ll come here for service on my vehicle, but if I do I would rather and suggest to anyone else to work with Robert.

They are the best Alfred who was my service provider was very helpful and efficient, a new engine was installed in a period of two weeks. Very pleased with the service if you want to get the best customer service definitely visit Koons Woodbridge Hyundai Service Center.

I brought my car in for service. It required additional work. The work and service was performed in a timely manner and was under my budgeted amount. My service advisor Robert kept me informed and was very helpful.

While some of the service reps there are great, I cannot say the same for the entire service team. My last two appoints ended in poor service. First the failed to tighten my oil dip stick causing me to lose oil out it. And last time I was in for my wipers sprayers not working they reconnected the hose but failed to clamp it causing it to fall off again. I will be finding a new dealership and never buying a Hyundai again.

This dealership is terrible when it comes to customer service. Never did they call or text me through their system for an update to my vehicle. I had to call each time for an update. When I needed a shuttle ride home I had to wait a whole hour after the driver’s lunch break for a ride. Then when I call and found it my car was ready, I requested the shuttle service. I waited 4 hours and never received a phone call. Luckily my friend was able to scoop me on their lunch break and drop me off at the dealership. For now on, unless there’s a recall on my vehicles, I won’t be going to this dealership. Dealing with them is a headache and frustrating.

Car broke down after 1 year, Had warranties and I left my car at the dealership. I called and no one ever answered me and gave me the run around. Probably worst dealership experience ever. Oh yeah they add hidden fees and warranties.

Had the check engine light go on and needed to see a Hyundai Service Dept to assess and fix. Called Koons Woodbridge at 5:30 in the afternoon and got a 10:15 appointment the next day (great customer service rep on that call). Got there 20 minutes early and was impressed with the Service Dept in-processing. Was assigned to Alfred as my Service Advisor. Another great employee. He explained their process (this was my first visit to Koons) and I left the car. I got a couple of update texts from Alfred during the day and was advised that they needed to keep the car overnight. Repairs were done by Saturday AM and I got the car back mid afternoon. Alfred explained what the technicians found and how they repaired. All seemed in order to me. I am very pleased with this firm and how they take care of customers.

Some of the staff displayed unfriendly attitudes. I arrived 15 minutes early of my appointment time thanking that i can get my vehicle back within an hour. But it took over 2 hours to get my vehicke back. The only thing that needed to be done was rotating the tires and do a oil change. I was never informed how long it would take to service my vehicle. Wanted to get a cold soda but there were no signs of where the vending machines were located that's even if they had any vending machines.
