UPDATE: Koons did not send the dealer funding request paperwork in time, leading to my auto loan becoming expired. Koons did not pick up the phone when my loan servicer called and Koons refused to call them back. Now I have to apply for a completely new auto loan with no guarantee of the same rate. You know it's bad when your own loan servicer is telling you how messed up the situation is. Not a fan of incompetent management that completely disregards client financials. This has been going on for weeks.

Customer service is amazing!! David is wonderful!! I was so impress with how easy it was to make my purchase. I was in and out in no time. I am very happy with every aspect of the sale. And they have even followed up to make sure everything is going well and to see if I have any questions. Everything was explained very well and they were very efficient. Love them!!! If you need a car… go see them!!! They will treat you right!!

Such a hassle-free, pressure-free car buying experience! Fatima, Brenna, and Amir were great to work with. They were able to answer all my questions and showed great interest in making sure I was satisfied! I'll be going back to Koons for sure!

Excellent service. Drove over three hours to purchase a Kia and was not disappointed with the choice I made. Admed was an outstanding sales rep making sure I was happy and satisfied with the cost and color of the vehicle. He took the time to answer my questions and explained things to me. He was not pushy and left me take time to decide which color I wanted without getting impatient with me. Also the manager showed interest in my purchase double checking that I had received everything I need and answered any questions. I would highly recommend them.

After purchasing a car here I was asked by the general manager to leave a review, but I wanted to wait until I had the car for a few months to be able to give an honest review, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to come here and buy a car. I bought my Toyota RAV4 in MARCH, I noticed a piece was missing from the front of the car and I checked the listing back out to see if the piece was missing there and it in fact was so I reached out to the person I bought the car from via text and he confirmed that they could buy the part and have it sent to my home I then told him I would rather it be sent to the dealership so that I could get it put on there he assured me that he could make that happen it is now July and I have no received notification on the part when I called the dealership they stated that they probably would NOT get the part. I’m now already having to purchase a water pump for the car, AND A NEW BATTERY, definitely wouldn’t deal with them again.

Purchased a 2021 Ram PickUp back in February of 2024. The first thing I noticed is that these people do not inspect their used cars before they sell them. The truck had broken wipers, missing mats and the tires were almost at their end of life. I was informed that if I buy the tire warrantee that they will replace them for me. Well, six months since I bought the truck they had only replaced two tires. Today (6 months after I bought my truck) they told me they couldn’t replace the other 2 tires because their policies have changed. Throughout months I was in contact with a sales manager that helped on the purchase named Hores. We kept interchanging messages about the tires until he never responded back again. He would just tell me they will be available in two weeks or so (turned into months and they were never ordered). This sales manager no longer works there, I wonder why. I was a victim of bait and switch scheme. I spoke to the sales manager Amir and he told me that I would receive a call from the service rep Elvis to follow up on the issue. After 7 days had passed, I called to receive an update on the order of the tires, no one was available and no update was given. At day 10, I called the service rep Elvis and asked about an update on the tires, he told me that he didn’t have any knowledge on this issue. Therefore, the sales manager never relied the info to Elvis. I called and left a message to customer relations Tearlon Harris but never received a call back. Overall these people are un-professional and don’t care about the customer once they sell a car. One last thing, they tried to increase the original internet price in the sales contract and also tried to incorporate ceramic coating charges without even asking. I called them out on it and they removed those extra fees. Please take your business elsewhere.

Our salesperson did a great job finding us the car we wanted and provided great customer service, however, the dealership is awful! They will waste your time trying to use their financing and push over and over to purchase their warranty. Beware - they lied to us and told us that they needed to put SSN for the application and ran our credit after we told them we had our own. After you turn them down for their add-ons they want nothing to do with you. The managers watched us walk by them without smiling or making any additional conversations because you won't finance with them or purchase their cheap warranty. If you can be patient - NEVER do your trade-in with them. They will lowball you big time, we got a much better deal with another company.

First and Foremost I like the fact that I did not have to come to the dealership to face the let me show Manager forwards and backwards, he gave me his best possible price online. I accepted and came and bought the car, no stress no manipulation ,I have bought 8 cars in 7 years JELANI IS THE BEST.

We recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Koons Kia of Woodbridge and were very pleased with the service we received, especially from the sales professional, Fatima Ali. Firstly, she asked us what features are a must in the SUV that we are planning to buy. The purpose is so that we test drive only the vehicle with the features that we want. We weren't really planning to buy yet and just wanted to test drive. Fatima made sure to explain all the features of the vehicle while we were test driving. She also made suggestions as to how we can qualify for the dealer's discount. Faith (Fatima) made sure we have a copy of the features of the vehicle before we left, as well as the final offer. She didn't pressure us at all as we said we will be testdriving other vehicles. After we had lunch, we decided there is no need to test drive other vehicles as we love the one we test drove at Koon's Kia. I gave Faith a call and she said she will start the process so everything will be ready by the time we drove back to Koons. In addition, she persuaded the manager to match the offer we had from Carmax for my old vehicle so we were able to trade-in my old vehicle thereby lowering the cash outlay from us. Honestly, we've bought quite a few new vehicles before but this is the smoothest and fastest transaction we've done. In the past, it took a better part of our day before we finish the transaction. This one took less than two hours and we were driving home with our new vehicle. Before we left, Faith also made sure our phones were wirelessly connected to the car and answered all our other questions. She also familiarized us with Android Play which was awesome. She also offered to take care of our future service appointments if we encounter any difficulties in making appointments, etc. In addition, we called us two days later to make sure everything is fine. With the excellent service we got, we feel that if we need any Kia vehicle in the future, Koon's will be the first place we'll visit. We also won't hesitate recommending this dealership to our friends.
