Great experience! Kia Service was again awesome as usual. I didn't have an appointment but my SUV was still ready the same day. The staff was friendly, personable, & very professional as usual. I got a text when the service was complete. They detailed my vehicle and I was on my way in no time at all. Top notch customer service!

Koon's Kia has a whole new service team, and they are always busy but also awesome! I showed up during the week for a recall and a 24K mile oil change. Dropped off the vehicle in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Shout out to Cristian, Hannah, and the rest of the KIA service team for their due diligence in providing outstanding customer support.

This was my first and most likely last visit to Koons for service on my Kia Seltos. I brought it in with a 9 am appointment for an oil change and to address a recall notice I had received. I was early in dropping the vehicle off and was told it would take 1:45 to 2 hours, so I left the vehicle there and returned home, a good distance away. After 3 hours and no status update I attempted to contact via the service text I received when dropping off and got no response. So, a half hour later I tried calling. An immediate answer and put on hold. For nearly 20 minutes. So, now at over four hours in and two hours past with no update, I called again and was put on hold while they checkedstatus. 15 more minutes on hold before I gave up and just drove down. Halfway down I get a call that it's almost done but they had recommendations of work. I declined and indicated I was out of time to wait. They told me it would be ready when I arrived. I arrived and it's not ready. I'm also told, well we didn't do the recall service because we don't have the part, so we have to order. No one could have told me this when you called, or better yet the previous three attempts by me to get status? I politely declined and told them don't bother, i will just go to Ourisman Kia as this first service experience had been pretty bad. So to recap, way over estimated time, no updates, apparently no way to actually contact for status, and I didn't even get the work I had brought it in for done. Maybe it was a bad day, I understand all are short staffed l, but I can't recommend this dealership.

As a loyal customer of Koons Woodbridge, I expected top-notch maintenance service for my vehicle, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of expectations.I came in wanting my ai conditioner compressor change, telling the service manger with the issue was he proceeded to tell me he had to do a diagnostic just to end up telling me after it was done that it was in fact a compressor issue and it needed to be changed out. A waste of 4 hours of my life I can’t get back. Will not return there. Going to Bowie.
