I went there to get my haircut fixed which was messed up at another salon down the street. I made an appointment over the phone but when I came in, they couldn't find my reservation. However, they were able to squeeze me in and Patty did an ok job on fixing my hair - although I had to go much shorter and my hair still looked a bit too choppy, but it was better than what I had before. I will try another master next time and see if I will keep using this place. Pricing is more than at Haircuttery, but lower than other salons (not chains) around. Place itself looks a bit outdated but clean enough.

I have been a loyal customer of Kings & Queens Salon for many years. As someone who has had an awful experience with a hair salon, I was fortunate to find Ashley at Kings & Queens Salon. She worked with me for a number of years to outgrow the awful hair damage caused by the previous salon! She is always ready to help me work through my pinterest hair photos to see what works best with my curly thick hair! I highly recommend this salon and especially Ashley!

Never been here but elated I found it. Not sharing the angel who did my hair but she did a wonderful job. Am real pleased having not ever had a perm. I cut my hair real short but long on top & AR did an amazing job. I feel normal now and sporting my new look.

Very good salon . Nice staff relaxing atmosphere and was very pleased with my trim and blowout. Being a cosmetologist myself I would recommend to anyone.

I had the best experience! I had a warm welcome as well ? Lisa cut my hair and I loved it! She did everything I asked and was very kind and sweet. Very social too, she made me feel like this was my 10th time coming but it was my 1st time. I'm definitely coming back. God bless you Lisa ❤

They did well on my hair but they made me feel very uncomfortable when a associate spoke about how Target had pride and they were made to feel uncomfortable because it made kids ‘confused’. They also made comments about how target allowed ‘men’ in the woman’s fitting room. I felt like it was very transphobic and the conversation was very inappropriate.Service: Hairstyling

As a man who wears his hair long (well, long for a man: currently about shoulder length) I've had a hard time getting a good haircut, with results that I liked. Well, here I am visiting my brother in Lake Ridge, and on a whim I went in to Kings and Queens to see what they could do for me. I'm pleased to say that Patty A.
