I had my front tie rods replaced during this service visit. The repair was not going to be complete until the next day so I was given a very nice Arteon to drive temporarily. The repair was done the next day and my car has driven better than it did when I bought it. Very satisfied with the service.

From Lance to Anthony to Mr Kamara. This group of professionals are hands down the best people to work with to secure the vehicle you need. Lance is welcoming. Anthony is patient and Mr Kamara is thorough and caring. The selection of vehicles new and used are outstanding. You will drive away happy. I brought my car in for maintenance and Paul in the service department was beyond professional and HONEST about my situation. It was wise for me to trade in for something better, newer, more reliable for my family and Reasonably priced. My experience with the customer service associated with the VW Taos 2023 left me with mixed impressions. While certain aspects were commendable, there were notable gaps that need addressing.The salesperson exhibited professionalism and courtesy during the purchasing process. The initial interactions were welcoming, and he provided basic information about the vehicle.One significant area where the salesperson fell short was in communicating specific features, particularly the absence of a blind spot sensor. Clear and detailed communication about a vehicle's features is paramount, and unfortunately, in this case, it was lacking. Customers should be fully informed about what features are present and, equally important, what features are not included.

Went for 50k service, tire rotation, and tire alignment plus brake fluid flush. Don’t really know if everything was even done since I know my tires were not rotated (right front tire has marks from hitting curb and is in same position). Also I dropped my car off Sunday night for a 7:15am Monday appointment for it to not even be done by 9:00am the next day. Car play had issues and they didn’t even get to that complaint I had.

I actually drove from Vienna, VA to your dealership because you were the only one who would work with me to confirm my 2017 Tiguan's issue would be covered by VW of America's warranty. We have been taking our 2013 VW Beetle to Radley for service since we bought it there brand new. My point of contact for this service was Rhea. She is professional, polite, pleasant, and reliable. This service was a 10000 mile checkup that included an oil change and tire rotation. The car has about 130,000 miles on it. We’ve only had one mechanical problem with the car. It continues to run like new because of the regular service. We will continue to have the car serviced at Radley.

I visited them after having carried out negotiations online. On site everybody came across as friendly and straightforward - probably the most refreshing experience I've had buying a car. Kudos for posting the Monroney stickers online - saves a lot of time for everybody. Would definitely do business with them again.Update: in keeping with my statement that I would do business again, now 3 months later, I bought another car from them. Same process and outcome, same experience.

We went to a lot of different dealerships that sold all types of different vehicles, this one was a standout. The salesman, Zurian Bennett, was by far the most professional salesman we had the pleasure of working with. He was polite, respectful, honest, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. In our case, an ID.4. He answered every question I had about the vehicle. Told me things he liked about the vehicle and things to watch out for. When it came to negotiations, there was no pressure or any negative feelings or attitude. The sales manager was very professional as well and great to work with. This was our first Volkswagen purchase but definitely won't be our last. We'll be visiting Zurian again for my wife's vehicle in a few months and I recommend you look for him when you go in too.

I recently had my car in for a service. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I had some follow up issues, but related to the service, and needed to bring the car in. I was able to bring it by and have the car checked; I've issue resolved and the other is in the prices of being resolved.I recommend them for VW service.

Wow.All I can say is Wow. This place is 5-star. I am speaking to my 5-star Service experience today with John and the entire Service team.I took my non-Volkswagen vehicle in for the annual state inspection and was treated like a queen. Made me want to buy a damn Volkswagen, I was treated so well.I don't understand why people take their cars to service gas stations, wait in the sun or rain when you can go to any car dealership and get the same service for the same price in much better conditions.Anywho, it's the end of the month. I have but a week to get this done. No worries! I called yesterday and was advised that there are no appointments , first come first served and the best time to come is first thing in the morning on any day. I couldn't sleep, so I made that day today. At 7:15 AM I was there. I was processed by 7:20 by John and out the door by 8:15 AM.There was nice seating, free water and coffee and a well stocked snack machine. There was a nice cable flat screen TV to watch and free WiFi. I mean, it was a luxury level experience. I felt like I was in a BMW or Mercedes Benz dealership, easily. I overheard a Volkswagen owner be offered a FREE loaner for his troubles while his car was being serviced.When I had a non-inspection, but service related question about my car, there were multiple printouts provided to help me and point me in the right direction. The generosity was almost overwhelming . It was so refreshing.Have I been sleeping on Volkswagen? John and the whole team need to give the folks at Maserati in Sterling, VA some lessons on customer etiquette and how to provide a luxury experience. Some service departments don't get it, they get to sell a customer on a brand far more than the sales department.Folks you cannot go wrong with Karen Radley's service team in Woodbridge. 5-star all the way from the Service Manager all the way down. If you want to be treated with respect and handled with care, go here. You will not regret it.

I had a great experience taking my car here! I had issues with my overhead console coming down in my Tiguan, they got me in super quick and fixed it right away. While I was there they also took care of my inspection and did my oil change. The waiting room was spacious and clean and service was relatively quick!

Last minute visit to the dealership just to look. I went with my teenage son- while I was in the bathroom, Anthony approached my son to assist him :-) overall a great experience. I did my research before going to the dealership and was well respected for that. Professionalism was forefront and my transition was processed in a timely manner.

We love Volkswagen of America and Karen Radley Volkswagen. The service was excellent. Drop off was easy. When we arrived, our trusted service representative greeted us promptly and addressed the maintenance needs we had previously discussed over the phone.. The repair was completed ahead of time. As always, we appreciate the courtesy clean-up and waiting out front for us. We depend on VW's service quality and are never disappointed.
