Excellent service. I've gone to other watch repair shops and they were unable to remove the back of my watch to replace the battery. It was not an issue here, and my watch was ready for pickup with 2 hours. $12 battery replacement, worth it.

There service to the the customer is extremely exceptional. I had a Jovial brand watch (only sold overseas, Europe, Middle-east, etc.). In other words, I would have had to mail it out + pay international shipping and God knows when I would have expected it back. Anyways...to make a long story short, Mr. Kim said, “I can definitely fix that watch for you!” And that’s exactly what he ended up doing. He replace the dial, the face plate and installed a new battery for such a very good deal (one which was covered by my insurance company). I would recommend his services any day and anytime to anyone that believes in allowing the experts fix what they know best at their own risk. Thank you Mr. Kim and wife!

Recommendation by a friend and will never go anywhere else. I drive from 45 minutes away for any and all watch or jewelry repairs. Just resized my fiancée's engagement ring as well as the matching wedding band. Both look incredible and were done within about 15 minutes. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

Owner fixed the back of my watch free of charge. It was a simple fix but he could have charged me and he didn’t. He gave me a fist bump instead. Haha. I’ll be going back to him for future services.

Hours posted are inaccurate. I drove 30 minutes to get there to find out it was closed at 3:45 on a Monday. I'll take my business elsewhere.
