Very bad experience, very untidy store. I often go there but this time was a horrible visit . The cashier was very rude ,I asked him if there is any coupon ,but he replied very rudely that you have to had a coupon before coming here ,then he didn't even handed my receipt,and left the counter even I was standing there. I then walked back and asked other employees where is your manager ,he was there in the meantime , he said he is the manager ,I mentioned that you was very rude,in reply he was more rude . As a customer I was really upset ,that he doesn't deserve to be a manager of such a big store ,as a manager he is responsible to satisfy all customers and if he doesn't have this ability ,then how he can run the whole store and how other employees can be expected to be professional even the manager is out of all ethics .

Ive never left a review for any customer service based company before but this place was absolutely garbage. I arrived shortly before 8:30 and for never having been to this fabric store i had high hopes of leaving with the materials i needed to surprise my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary. I dont mind staff yelling across the store to each other as I can understand you’re eager to go home but as someone who works in customer service you should still be able to assist customers regardless of how close it is to closing I just needed some fabric cut and instead of coming over to inform of information not posted anywhere, online or in the store I was yelled at saying “it would take to long and they stop cutting fabric at 8:30 every evening” didnt bother to ask if i could come in tomorrow to get the fabrics, nothing. The disorganization of the store completely took me aback the moment i stepped in and the dirty looks from the women at the registers solidified that i was an annoyance to them for even coming this late even though i arrived with plenty of time for them to cut 2 yards of fabric as i try to be considerate of people wanting to go home when time to go home. I will never return to this location unless it improves and as a first time customer I highly doubt I will return.

Went to purchase plain chiffon for a bridesmaid dress and the whole specialty fabric section was a disaster. Nothing was organized as I’ve seen in other store and fabric bolts were messily strewn throughout the aisles. The selection for fashion fabrics was slim. My friend found some yarn but I left empty handed. So sad because I have never had such a bad experience at a Joann’s and I’ve been sewing for 15+ years, including my wedding dress/other formal wear.

I went to this store and the customer service was extremely lousy. I was looking for a lace and this woman who i later found out was the manager, pointed me to an aisle and she went to the opposite direction. I was confused if i have to follow her or go to where she pointed at. She was not very nice at all. She needs to be re-trained as a manager. I will never go back to this store.

Hours posted on their website and on Google state they close at 9pm Mon-Sat (their phone system directs customers to the website for "current hours"). I called and spoke with an employee about an item in stock at 6:30pm on a Saturday, and stated I would be coming up there shortly. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived at 7:20pm to locked doors and a paper posted with different hours (closing at 7pm). Disappointing and frustrating, but perhaps to be expected following the recent announcement of bankruptcy.

What an absolute PIGSTY. And I'm here on a Wednesday at 11:30 am. Fabric bolts thrown around, nothing aligned (or even wrapped neatly). No selection of trims to speak of, even after I waded through the topsy-turvy mess tossed on the shelving. The whole store, every department, looks like a jumble sale. The nice lady at the cutting counter said employees don't want to come to work due to rude customers---I suspect that customers might be frustrated by trying to shop this place, and I know I'd never ever want to work in such a mess.

Was very disappointed to have driven a long way to pick up some items to find out their new hours. Their website, app, Google maps, and other sites say they close at 9:00 PM and when I arrived they had closed at 7:00. I understand staff is not at fault however it would’ve been nice had they posted updated hours with something more than a sign on the front door.

It seems like since the pandemic they have gotten rid of there quality employees and are now hiring kids that have no craft experience and don't care about anything. This new manager that they put in last year has allowed the store to become utter trash. I used to spend alot of money at Joanns but now I avoid it. It is sad to see how few people are in the store. And I really believe that goes to them hiring the wrong people.

How can I rate them? The website says they close at 9pm. I go by at 6pm and they are closed. I go again at 5:30pm and despite the 6pm posting, they're still closed!

The hours posted in the website are wrong. The store closes daily at 6pm. This has been the case for months now. They need to update the website Also the store is in horrible condition and unorganized. Pickup orders are rarely fulfilled.

Lousy customer service. One lady in front of me checking out and when she finished I walked up to checkout. At that time the phone rang, so the cashier answered the call and instead of putting the call on hold and checking me out, she conducted business with customer on the phone who wanted information on some product. The cashier lays the phone down and says "I'll be with you in a minute". She then proceed to walk all the way to the back of the store and is gone for several minutes. I put my items on the counter and walked out. Cashier should have put the call on hold or transferred it to someone else. I was there before the call in, so that makes me next in line. Please train your employees better. I left and went over to Hobby Lobby to purchase my items.

This place is a complete horror show. The place is in disarray, they have very little stock in sewing accessories, their online inventory doesn't come close to matching what is actually in stock, and their fabric selection is pretty poor. It's unfortunate that that they are pretty much the only game in town. I like to support local but places like this are why Amazon is killing it.

Ariana is probably the most helpful employee at this location, definitely more helpful than the manager. She was extremely patient, and even took the time to do her own personal research for a product that I was having trouble finding. I assumed she was the only one working in the store as she was the most attentive. She definitely deserves a raise ASAP

A lovely place for knitters, sewers and people in love with yarn . I spent many hours here looking for the perfect yarn. The store is well stocked and organised, the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful and the ambiance inspires the crafter in you.
Bonus- they have many offers and promotions ?
