This is one of my favorite places to find clothes for my kiddo. The items are cute, versatile, and super durable. The staff was mostly helpful after I approached them for assistance.

The store has a very poor selection of clothes. But most importantly, although it’s an outlet, prices are 25-30% higher than online. I’m going to return everything I bought there today! I feel so deceived.

I have been shopping here for about 6 years now! I absolutely love the brand for their style and quality. But, the staff is one of the main reason I always shop at this location. They are phenomenal!

Sad to say after being a long-time customer, I won’t be returning. I went in today (12/3/19) to make an exchange and to purchase a few items. I got an email this morning from Janie and Jack saying Janie and Jack Outlets are offering an additional 20% off sale prices through 12/3/19 (today). When I went to check out, the woman refused to give me the 20% off of the sale items even though I showed her the email over and over— I even read her the fine print of the email as there was a bit of a language barrier. She was very rude about it! I called the J&J customer service number and they confirmed the outlets SHOULD honor the additional 20% off of sale items. I’ve even attached screen shots of the email I received. I won’t be returning to this Janie and Jack Outlet again!

Customer service was so bad because I bought a dress a 3 days ago even I didn’t use it I went to return that the lady said I can’t take it back you have to come back tomorrow she was so Rude I don’t like the Customer service
