J.Crew still makes some of the clothes as they used to do back in 60' lol . I had a hard time shopping with my 84 year old uncle. But the staff at the store was so helpful and with so much patience. All thanks go to Kristina / Christina. You made my shopping day much easier

I wish that I could give 10-stars! This store is fabulous. I love the camaraderie among the team. I have been coming to this store for quite some time now, and I can see the growth over the years. I would like to credit a lot of this growth to the store director, Morrell. He has groomed the team to be very attentive and put the customer first. I look forward to watching this store continue to do great things, and better inventory!

Where to begin.... I suppose I'll start with saying that I've been gradually working at building out a new wardrobe for myself this past year. Upon some soberingly honest self-reflection, I realized I have had alot of gaps to fill and shortcomings to correct. I walked into the J. Crew at Potomac Mills yesterday ONLY to look at a specific jacket that I discovered online and wanted to see in person. But from the moment I arrived, Morrel and his team of Jeff, Najlia, and Cierra (Team 107) welcomed me in and each took turns answering my questions, sharing style and sizing tips, and offering ideas about what they thought would look great. It was an incredible experience and I found it awesome to see how well they all worked together offering their unique style preferences and ideas, not to mention the fact that all while they were diligently assisting me, they didn't seem to miss a beat being just as attentive to everyone else. I cannot imagine an individual coming into that store that these young professionals could not help. I only just met Morrel and his team that day, but given their transparency, support, and helpful feedback, I felt like we all had been working together for much longer. After communicating my goals and intentions clearly with them, they were receptive and supportive, and I can honestly say that my wardrobe-building journey has been made markedly better because of their help.Thanks Team, til next time.

This has become one of the saddest JCF stores over the years. Used to love coming here. The inventory was exciting! Staff was friendlier, livelier, happier! Now it’s just so blah. The current staff… Oh my - sad sad sad staff. They’re like zombies.

"Outlet" "Factory" lol, I think NOT. Prices are ridiculously high. Then they give you a 20-30% off? Sorry, that's a regular store sale when the sweater is $118 "regular" I thought factory/outlet meant $118 regular, $89 sale, $59 outlet?? My bad...I walked right out.....move your store from Potomac Mills to Pentagon City. These are regular sales.

This store is clean and seems to be well organized. The deals are always so great and can't be beat, even when comparing online sales. I recently purchased a few things and saved an average of 75% on each item.

2 stars for the selection and price point. I'm a huge J.CREW fan/aficionado, and got some great deals here recently. This place loses 3 stars because of the service. There were very few customers when I stopped in on a recent Sunday, and the two associates working the floor were too busy restocking shelves and putting things away - vs. greeting and assisting customers, which is what they should have been doing. I had to search for quite some time to find my size, and I had no assistance whatsoever. The only time anyone made any eye contact was when I was asked repeatedly (so annoying) if I'd like to sign-up for a J.CREW card. No thanks.
