Horrible customer service! Bought the hooka and accessories, got home .. pulled the clay cup/pot (where you put the tobacco in) out and saw it was broken. Couldn’t use the hooka because of it. Went back the next day (less than 24 hours). Same guy (African American Fella) was there, asked if I could replace it since I didn’t use it as it was broken and I have 15 days for exchanges (per receipt). The guy gave me attitude, blamed me for breaking it and asked that I should pay for the piece. BTW this is after spending over $180 the day earlier.Bottom line: Fella needs to be taught customer service from scratch. Start hiring smart people and loose the low lifers or your business will loose good customers and gain negative comments.

I’ve been a customer for long time but they could not do me the courtesy of exchanging a hookah flavor I did not like after spending $100 during that visit alone.Threw hookah flavor right in their trash can.

They sold me a fake Khalil mamoon hookah. I believe they buy replica fake me outs and piece them together. Please don't waste your time in this garbage location. Your charging customers for fake products, just don't brand them as Khalil mamoon. If you actually do lots of research you will find out the vases are very similar and the one I was provided looks nothing like a Khalil Mamoon, the stem has Khalil mamoon spelled wrong in English. Nothing about this 300 dollar hookah was authentic. This is what crooks do, be very careful when purchasing branded products.

I live in the springfield area and every time I go to a hookah establishment they lack knowledge. I came to Hookah Oasis and they didn't just have everything that I needed but the knowledge behind hookah. Every question I asked got answered and I left educated. They also are equipped with almost every flavor or gadget you can think of! Zoni was amazing, his customer service was the best and he made me leave confident in my purchase... and putting his words where his mouth is everything he sold me would work.. WORKED. It doesn't matter if I'm coming from springfield I will always come back here for my hookah needs!!!!!

I usually really like this place but recently they've hired a guy that really has no real understanding of customer service. Today I came to buy a new hookah and I saw online they were open I got to the business and saw the lights were on and the open sign was blinking. Only to get the the door to find the sign below. So I was thinking oh 10 minutes that's fine I can wait. People I cannot make this up I waited in my car out front the store for An entire HOUR! 60 minutes and then I got tired of waiting. I couldn't believe it. This is not the first time I've come and that sign has been on the door with no one showing up for longer than 10 minutes. It's just rude.
