Very nice hotel, and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is available, however, there is an extra charge, and it's very good.

Jose at the front desk — when we arrived was super friendly, helpful and fun! Gals working the front desk in the am were great as well. Price was a bit higher than most Hiltons — but one of the quietest off the road hotels I’ve stayed in recently. Walk across the parking lot to Vietnamese restaurant made for a great end to a long day of traveling.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. It's super clean and very conveniently located. We called this place in the middle of the night, fleeing a horrible roach motel.
(After driving all day from South Carolina to see my marine, we got a last-minute room at the Days Inn. Don't book there unless you're comfortable with ghetto and roaches.)
Not only was there a room, but I can't praise Christina enough! She was so accommodating and understanding. Hilton, give that woman a raise! She provides the best customer service I've seen in quite some time. Christina, thank you so much for the hook up! We had a great, peaceful stay and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
We didn't have the breakfast because we were planning to just sleep through it. Next time, we definitely will.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! And the excellent customer service!
Noteworthy details: If you need piece and quiet, just ask for the accommodation. They will provide. They really appreciate their customers.

The restaurant at this hotel never has anything in stock. The prices are different than what’s on the menu and whatever they do have in stock is pretty disgusting.
The pool is cloudy/murky water. I complained to the front desk and nothing was done about it.

Lovely weekend with my bride. Fantastic job from the front desk, room service to the maid service was top notch. Nice seeing the hotel support a wedding brunch and a luncheon for a team of children. We hope to return in the fall.

Don't let the name fool you. This place looks shiny but runs like an 8 ball motel. While it's the service and management that drove this place down and prompted me to write this review. Theirs definitely things about my stay worth mentioning.
I'm a local in northern VA, to all the out of towners coming in Woodbridge is an area people have called hoodbridge But we shouldn't generalize a whole area by the ridiculous actions of a few. But in this case..
I came to this hotel with my 4 yr old daughter for a mini vacation. Theirs so much chlorine in the pool my LO's lips turned blue.. do not go under the water you'll probably go blind.
Their was such a loud party on my floor that didn't end till 4am. Doors slamming people running up and down the halls screaming.. this party didn't end till 4am. I didn't sleep at all. It was so loud I thought they actually ALLOWED parties like this. (Of course management said they have a 0 tolerance and police would have been called) but management isn't there on weekends. I was there and nothing was done about it.
Even the front desk said we try and keep the noise down but unfortunately we can't stop people from having parties... oookay.
I had my daughter so I planned to call and speak with management about at least a partial refund. You would expect at a hotel you could at least sleep.
The room appeared nice But the bed mustve came from a thrift store as in other reviews it squeaks and moves as you're "trying" to sleep. They charge for breakfast, I guess they feel they can.. you can get a coupon online for a cheaper price. It's not even worth that but it's DEFINITELY not worth the 13.95 adult and 9.95 kid price. You have more selection at a countryside.
Dinner: fries cold chicken tenders were really good.
My lol "flatbread" pizza (14 bucks) looked like those microwaveable round pizzas u get at a grocery store. Upon packing to leave my daughter was messing around on the bed.. omg (like another review) I saw red spots on the under sheet.i don't know if this was blood but ew why are u using these sheets.
I think the worst part in my visit to hoodbridge was calling to speak to mngt getting vm over an over having to call hilton and the 3rd party app to get him to respond JUST TO BLATANTLY LIE TO ME!
this is why I wouldn't trust the hotel responses on here ( especially when the customer can't respond)
I've used 3rd party booking and have had to change cancel or had a terrible experience and they always call the hotel for approval. This hotel denied a partial refund although they had a loud party that didn't end till 4am! The walls are thin I was able to hear the actual conversations.
To have mngt say if it was up to me I'd give u a full refund but it's 3rd party yadda yadda.
I came back with well great bc they said all you need to do is tell them that and they will issue me a refund.
Let the tap dancing begin! They weren't going to honor a refund but he couldn't say that. A customer had a terrible night at their establishment they allowed a party to continue till morning (no police were ever called) with a mother and her 4 yr old in the next room and their response was to lie? This was grossly unprofessional, and pretty tasteless from someone that did enough to make it to management status?
Hoodbridge.
So next time I take my LO on a mini vacation, I'll go to Fairfax for better service and a different brand hotel that can actually match its reputation. Things are getting more expensive for no reason but the product isn't changing! We should demand more from these companies.
$200.00 bucks for one night. At the very least WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SLEEP!

It’s a good value for the price. The restaurant food needs to be upgraded. (Ordered chicken fingers and fries and they were either reheated or refried)

Jose and Bridget are awesome they fulfilled my every need they gave me a coke upon spinning the wheel every request I made was fulfilled quicker than the speed of sound customer service is alive and well here plus the housekeeping staff was awesome

We stayed for just one night in the 1 bedroom king suite and didn’t want to leave! The soaking tub in the 1 bedroom suite we stayed in was truly amazing.
The staff was amazing and Jolane went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable - I had a slight issue with something in my room and it was handled immediately and they even offered us free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience which was a really nice touch.
The pool and jacuzzi spa were very clean & stocked with towels & the breakfast bar was good as well with very friendly staff.
This hotel was the cleanest hotel top to bottom that I’ve stayed in to date, the housekeeping does an amazing job! It’s also very quiet and I slept well through the night with no noise issues despite there being a dance or cheer competition nearby with lots of families staying the same night we stayed - we heard nothing in the room all night.
I will definitely return in the future!

Nearby activities: Many fun activities nearby to choose from for families and couples
Safety: This area was really nice and safe for miles
Noteworthy details: -Full sized shampoo, conditioner & body wash bottles in the shower.
-Full sized body lotion in the bathroom.
-Windows that slide open and also lock really tightly when closed.
-Clean top to bottom
-Friendly staff
-Clean pool & spa
-Ability to unlock your room door with your phone with the Hilton app (very convenient)
