They did ok. Next time I’d rather go to ulta. I went here cause of location close to house but regret going here due to unprofessional service and I can understand somewhat Spanish and I can tell they were talking about me. Never again. It’s funny how some people are disrespectful thinking I don’t know the language when I actually do then they’re surprised ???I don’t have time for this I come for only haircut

I wish I could give that stupid lady 0. It was my first time there and they were so rude and disrespectful. For the short hair charges a lot they thing this is a luxury town. For short hair Bdry asking to pay $25.
They don't have idea what is customer service. Cheap place and cheap people works here.

I have had an unsatisfactory experience with hair cutting at Hair Cuttery. It appears that only inexperienced individuals are hired, resulting in subpar haircuts. My own experience was marred by an uneven and unsatisfactory cut. Therefore, I would strongly recommend against patronizing Hair Cuttery for hair services.

Disappointed on this location. Definitely not a kid friendly hair salon. Wait times were
Long, you walk in and no body greets customers walking in like the staff didn’t care! I brought my kids with me to get haircuts. My daughter was being a kid by going up and down a salon chair. Another stylist screams at my daughter then the same stylist starts talking crap to her clients about my kid and family while having her own clients. That stylist was so unprofessional! Not a single moment did that particular stylist came in private to speak to me and at least inform me
“Please get your child before they get hurt” or hey your child can get hurt please keep an eye out. Instead of yelling like she did , she could have handle the situation a lot better. No manager in the salon to complain. My other kid started crying because of that one stylist yelling in the salon full of customers. Damn shame on this place. Like seriously to yell at a 4 year old because she’s being a kid. I understand kids can be annoying and themselves get tired of waiting . My daughter wasn’t knocking things Down at all. The stylist seemed like she was annoyed of us literally. Worst experience ever. I am not coming back nor referring this place!
The first stylist seemed like she didn’t understand what we wanted, I explained that we wanted highlights of blue and instead of doing it she suggested it would fade and it would be better if we did “blonde” the cut was off on one side and the bang part was so off. I had a hair cut with another stylist she wasn’t bad at all. She was more professional than the others there, made my kids and us comfortable. The same stylist that cut my hair also cut my 2 other kids. Haircuts were fine!
To have felt belittled is an understatement!

New customer bringing my teen daughter to get her hair done had an appointment when we arrived they had no info on what I requested the welcome coming on was cold the stylist or I don't know who she was she didn't address us with a greeting kept asking for the name and what I needed done I thought they had the info by her name and she said well know what the charge would be so I had to tell her and I just didn't like the lack of professionalism the black lady gave she was cold so my daughter said let's go and I ended up doing her hair myself plus there a special 20%discount for new customers for April Sge said its only for Mon to Wed the advertisement didn't say that saud ti give code,false advertising so I said no I won't be back I really look forward to getting her hair done I made it big mistake when I called to schedule I thought everything was set up but that wasn't professional, communicated nor good,thank you hair cuttery Daniel Stuart square shopping center you wasted me and my daughter's time never will I frequent you again?????????????

Have been coming to Neeru since 2016.. she is the only stylist that has been able to get my hair to the level blonde I love. (My hair is extremely stubborn to bleach) the toner she uses makes it a cool blonde as I hate any warm colors in my hair.?when cutting my hair she ALWAYS shows me the amount in her fingers before she takes the actual scissors to my hair. For years, since Neeru has been my stylist I continuously get compliments wherever I go, whether it be at the grocery store or an event. If you want very cool tone platinum hair Neeru is the master stylist you need to make your appt with.

Neeru was amazing! She took her time to ask me questions and evaluate my hair to come up with a plan that was right for me. She listened to what I wanted, but gave her professional advice to what would achieve the best results. I'm so happy! I don't usually like a haircut and I love it! She also gave some subtle highlights. I will continue to book with her ?
