They don't listen to directions! I am growing out my hair and was finally starting to bend the way I want it to. I was just trying to get the sides faded but my "stylist" cuts the top of the hair that was bending over. And then she proceeds to scissor cut the top after saying twice I was growing it out. I'm back to where I was two months ago.

I have been extremley ill and weak. Had my fiance take our daughter for a deep conditioning treatment and french braids for picture day. She arrived home visibly upset and her hair looked horrific. Braids were uneven as was the part. I can not believe they let her leave this way and he still paid them. This is WILD. It should also be mentioned that the hair dresser suggested to my fiance he cut my daughter hair off as it is too "matted" in her words. My daughter is mixed race and her hair definitely reflects that. However it was extremley rude and offensive to suggest cutting her hair off because you do not have the patience to detangle mixed race hair. I do this all the time. It is most definitely a struggle at times but with patience it always comes out great in the end. Needless to say I had to take her hair out completely and redo it for picture day. Please do not even take your dog here. Not sure how to post pics but please reach out to me and I will be happy yo send them. I would like a full refund.

I am mortified. She cut all my hair off. I told the hairdresser to take two to three inches off (I have very long hair) and to leave it long enough for a ponytail. I said I want long layers she has in the front I said no I want it in the back and she seems confused. She started in the back and it felt very short when she started to cut but she never checked in with me and I thought maybe she was doing layers. At the time she got to the side she easily cut at least 7 inches off, and she cut it way too short, I now have a bob which I did not ask for. And, even worse I have pieces in the front that won't reach a ponytail. So now I have to tuck these hooks behind my ears awful. She also didn't listen to me and cut 7-10 inches off my hair... I'm very disappointed because I told her I didn't want layers in the front, I wanted long layers throughout the back she didn't give me that... and she chopped the front so short and angled that it won't reach the ponytail. I felt railroaded by her, she didn't listen, and I had to just do whatever she was doing because she started chopping it so short in the back. She kept telling me to put my chin down which was very uncomfortable and the length that she dove in at was horrendously short. I booked online and I purposely booked the $42 haircut so I could get it dried as well. But I was also overcharged again I booked the $42 haircut and blow out and when I got up to the register it was $55. Bait and switch. She didn't even wash my hair I walked in with a wet head, and wanted my hair washed... but she acted like she didn't want to do it, and gave me the whole negative sale saying oh you don't want me to wash it do you like I was in a position so I just set down in the chair. I will be talking to management about this and I want management to reach out to me.... I don't look like myself, I've lost my identity I don't have long layers at all in the back I am very upset about my hair. It's all gone. She didn't even check with me when she started to cut I showed her I wanted two or three inches Max literally five to seven inches are gone off my hair I have a very short bob instead of long layers. I'm going to cry. Some of the shorter layers she took over 12 in off one foot off my hair. Beware

I asked for blow out, no frizz, with curls..I got badly done curls with lots of frizz. My hair looked like I only combed it, not like i styled it. I had to fix my hair myself at home. Basically, poor service and inexperienced hair stylists.

This review is for Nae, I have not tried any other stylists at this location. Nae was amazing. I needed my 3 inch roots colored and asked for some highlights. My hair was a mess, it hadn't been colored in 4 months and cut in probably 8 months. I wanted to cover the gray and match my natural color - which is super dark brown. She gave me great advice on the color of highlights due to my dark hair. She also cut off 3 inches and gave me some layers and my haircut is perfect. I walked out of there literally looking like a new woman. I will definitely will go back to see Nae. As for the location, it is easy to get to, very clean, and friendly staff (I had to call cause I was running 5 min late and the woman who answered was extremely nice about it).

My first time at this location was excellent, Nae cut, washed and styled my hair. She was attentive, polite, and easy to work with. I will be sure to ask for her on my next visit....Update: Had Nae cut both mine and my moms hair today and again another excellent job by this hairdresser, she is always good at what she does, I can see why the phone was ringing off the hook for appointments with this particular stylist, will continue having her and only her cut my hair....Service: Haircut
