H & M doesn't just treat you like a client; they treat you like family. Every time I have an issue with my car, I show up in a panic, but by the time I leave, I'm calm and reassured. I’ve brought my car here a few times to get various maintenance done on it. This shop is fast and efficient. I almost always get my car back the same day on various maintenance jobs. Hakim and the team is solid. I trust this shop. They are honest, fair, and do solid work.

I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO TO THIS PLACE! H&M are crooks, unprofessional and lie and just try to take ALL your money.
Took my vehicle to get a transmission replaced through my warranty company. After the first week nobody called me to update me about what’s going on with my vehicle NOT ONCE!! Come to find out they did a tear down on my vehicle without my consent then they told me I would have to pay over $1200 saying that the warranty company doesn’t cover for the rest. My policy through my warranty covers for EVERYTHING the only thing I was responsible for was my $250 deductible so when I decided to go talk to them in person they came up with saying they won’t charge me for anything not even the deductible that they will take care of it so it came down to my total being $0. As of June 14 2024 they told me my vehicle was ready, went to pick up my vehicle and vehicle was in a terrible condition by the time I drove it all the way home. So as of today June 15 2024 I took it back to them to see what was going on with my vehicle. The rpm was at the 2 with not a foot on the pedal. It was jerking and the entire vehicle sounded like a broken fan. Wasn’t even there for 5 minutes the vehicle started smoking and caught on fire. Now having trust in a repair shop thinking I would get my vehicle with no issues. Now I am without a vehicle with 3 children because of their negligence. While the vehicle was on fire no one had any sympathy or remorse to show any concern of this situation not one person even apologized to me the owner came and everyone avoided me including the owner. PLEASE DONT GO HERE EVER!!! Save yourself the trouble and the headache. All I can do is thank God that my kids and my family was not in the vehicle or the vehicle exploding on the way there while driving it. AGAIN DONT GO THERE THEIR SHOP DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN! This is the outcome of their work! I am devastated.

Yesterday I brought in two cars for oil change on a Saturday just with a phone call. No appointments needed and the lady on the phone was nice to say they will squeeze me in and got me out on time. Hakim is great and always discusses the issue in details with you although he has alot to do. Have been coming for almost 5 yrs. They are not pushy and prices are reasonable.
