Our daughter has had a great experience with the coaches and her XCel teammates. This is a family friendly gym that offers a safe environment and has programs that are challenging and fun. Highly recommend!

My daughter trains here three times a week for rhythmics gymnastics with Mrs. Konstantza and Mrs.Olena and she has thoroughly enjoyed herself each time. They are so passionate about the sport and I can see that feeling transfer to my daughter as well!
We're a USA Gymnastics member club located in the heart of Lake Ridge and are proud to be home to several National Team Members since 2007. We offer gymnastics and cheer classes for toddlers, preschoolers, school-age and teens from beginners to competitive teams. Our coaching staff is USA Gymnastics professional members, internationally renowned and former Olympic medalists!
