Ash’s customer service was exceptional. His automotive knowledge was extensive and extremely insightful with assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle for myself. Ash goes above and beyond in areas where others seem to overlook or lack in. He made the process with purchasing my Mercedes S-Class a smooth and memorable experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

A family owned and run business! I was wonderfully surprised how friendly they were to me and my son, we were treated like people and not just another buyer. They went out of their to help me in every way I needed. They gave me a great price!! I shopped around for a bit and knew my prices. I was truly impressed. So many cars and they go fast there! If you like one, get there quick, check it out! As a side note... When I was at a Honda dealership..I waited 5 min and no one even said hello, I had to find one of the many salesman doing nothing.. Fred's in contrast was a whole other level!

Not an enjoyable experience. I was brought in to see a Tesla Model 3 that was advertised as accident free but the car had clearly been in an accident and vandalized. The photos online did not accurately depict the true condition of the car. It was severely keyed on both sides bumper to bumper. The "small dent" the associate said was on the vehicle was an understatement. The quarter panel was imploded and off the frame. The associate continued to claimed it was still accident free as we both saw clear signs of an accident.I was then showed several other options at much higher price points all with several problems not worth dealing with (typical bait and switch). Parts misaligned or off frame, major body damage including dents and dings, curb rash, electrical parts with water damage, even a front trunk that would not open.While inside waiting for an appraisal on my vehicle for a trade in, which after 30 minutes was never completed, the whole dealership could hear one of the associates loudly swearing and antagonizing a customer on the phone. I found this incredibly unprofessional and spoke to the character of the associates at the dealership. If that type of behavior is acceptable in front of customers to other customers, one could expect similar treatment after signing.I was also asked if I was financing with the dealership on 3 separate occasions by the same person after I repeatedly denied as I was going through the bank. The experience felt very pushy and overall disappointing. Cannot say I recommend going here.

Had the pleasure of working with Maggie, she was an awesome salesman and made sure I walked away with the perfect car for me. Both her and Tony were super accommodating, honest, and informative throughout the entire process which helped me be at ease. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed before I pulled off the lot. I love my car! Thank you to the entire Freds Executive Auto team.

We purchased our 2nd vehicle from Fred’s Executive Auto today. The entire team was great. Very professional and accommodating. When you arrive be patient and work with Q to get the best deal. Dean is also the best finance person to work with. You can’t go wrong when buying from this family own business. Happy shopping.

I went in a couple of days ago to purchase my 2021 Model Y Tesla and this was an amazing experience. I haven’t purchased a car in over ten years and I was nervous about having to pay a car note. The owners were AMAZING! Logan was the sales agent who took my original call and the finance director Oliver gave me the best prices under my LLC. Tony and all the others were just the best!!!! I highly recommend!

Came from Richmond to check their inventory as we had our eyes on two Model Y’s that unfortunate for us were sold as we were enroute. The good news is we had three other options when we arrived. We ended up leaving with a 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range Dual Motor with lower miles and a better price than what were originally looking at. Win for us. My husband and I were extremely happy with the customer service. Customer Service was excellent from the beginning to end across the entire staff. Logan made sure we got what we wanted and helped us get out of an upside car loan. They honored an expired sales promotion so we got an awesome price on the Tesla which helped our purchase even more. This was the best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends and anyone looking for a car. We know they will look out for you.

Couldn't say enough positive things about this dealership or it's employees. I'd struggled for 2 months to find a car due to bad credit, most places just stopped answering my text or were done with me after checking it but not these guys. They worked with me to get the car I wanted and Oliver even paid part of my down payment to help me out with the interest rate and allowed me to pay him back on pay day. I plan on keeping this car for as long as it runs (which it is in immaculate shape and runs smooth) but when the day comes that I need another vehicle, this will be the first place I visit.

I stopped by a few years ago when I was just curious about buying a car for the first time, although I wasn't ready to make the purchase yet I wanted to prepare and test drive some cars. Maggie was incredibly welcoming and helpful, she was also very patient with me and answered any questions that I had for my first car purchase experience! I felt truly valued and cared for, so recently when I decided it was time to follow through with making my first car purchase, I remembered this dealership and how exceptionally well Maggie treated me as a potential customer, and I decided to give them a call.Luckily, I was able to come in as soon as I could to discuss my options, and I made a successful purchase! I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of the kindness that the staff has shown me. I have had a few minor issues with my car, and I've been able to bring it back to get it taken care of. I definitely recommend this family owned dealership to anyone who's looking to purchase, or even inquire about a new car! They make their best efforts towards providing courteous, trustworthy, and empathetic customer service! They truly operate from a foundation of positive core values and build excellent rapport with customers.I am thrilled about my experience! :)

The associates at Freds Executive Auto were amazing. I did the entire transaction online and they made the process very comfortable. They verified all the information and I did wire the money to their facility/bank. Again they made the process very comfortable and easy and I had my vehicle shipped within two days. Best prices on cars and best customer service too.

I recently bought a car from Fred's Auto. Tony was a big help right away. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the entire team when I entered. While my bank transferred the money, they did everything from providing me with drinks, snacks, and even a ride to the hotel. I heartily endorse this dealership. No one came close to the price they offered me for the automobile, which was just as stated.I'd do business with them once more!

My initial review was done to shut the sales guy up. Because he continuously pestered me to leave a review. Now that it has been just over two months since I bought my car, I will leave an honest review.A little backstory: I am a young college student without much credit. My credit isn't the best, thanks to an old roommate who had to go to rehab and left me with a mountain of unpaid bills. When I arrived at Fred's Executive Auto, I already had shopper fatigue. I had been to several dealerships where the employees were either disorganized, unprepared, or uninformed. My fiancée and I were weeks away from moving further from our jobs and needed a second car. The car I originally picked out online had been sold moments before arriving at Fred's. Despite me calling them and telling them I would be there. However, I have worked in sales before, so I was willing to overlook that. Money in hand is money in hand. They did have a similar car, which is the car I ended up purchasing. Full disclosure, they told me the car had come in a day before, and they hadn't had a chance to clean it. The car looked in good condition despite the chipped paint, scratches, and a few other nicks. My fiancée and I objected to the price due to these issues and were told: "not to worry about it." I insisted they come down on the price, and they only knocked off a couple hundred.I am willing to admit that I am an impatient person, one of those silly Millennials who insist on instant gratification. I am quickly learning to let that go. But I digress. Both visors fall off a few days after the purchase, and the aux output doesn't function properly. It doesn't have a proper cup holder, and the carpeting is coming undone in the backseat. A few weeks after purchase, I took the car in for an emissions test, and it passed. So, the car runs fine and has no significant problems. At the beginning of June, the tires began to have issues. However, I did not have the funds to do much about it because we were a week away from moving, and I had just paid tuition.Today is payday, and I took my car in to be looked at. The mechanic began to replace the tires, and pieces from the tire broke off. Other parts of the tire had been zip tied together. The mechanic told me I should not have driven this car for safety reasons. And whoever sold it to me had no right to charge me nearly 18k for a car in this condition--especially a base model. The car is a 2016 Honda Civic LX. Today, I spent $379 on labor and nearly $800 on new tires. Money that I should not have had to pay if I had done a pre-purchase diagnostics exam or if the employees at Fred's had done their jobs correctly. And had it been a quick-fix issue, I probably wouldn't have returned here to complain. My review would have been a simple 60-day check-in. However, I don't want people like me to allow themselves to be taken advantage of.DO YOUR RESEARCH!GET A PRE-PURCHASE DIAGNOSTICS TEST DONE!THEY DO NOT CHECK FOR SAFETY MEASURES!DO NOT BUY FROM BUSINESSES LIKE THIS!For those of you looking to purchase from this dealership, think twice. I should have trusted my gut instincts and the two disgruntled employees who warned me.Attn: Maggie, there was nothing unfair about my review. And taking the car as is, meaning the scratches, not safety concerns. Regardless of this fact, you all did not do your due diligence regarding safety inspection. The ONLY defects you mentioned were the scratches. So, take accountability prior to replying with a nonsensical comment.

As the owner of the 2019 Range Rover that I purchased at Fred’s Executive Auto dealership, that Michael B is referring to, they provided me with excellent customer service. While there was a blowout from low tred on a tire, they were very concerned with his well-being and wanted to repair the damages at free of charge. Fred’s Executive immediately called me to bring the car so they could start the repairs to get it done as quickly as possible. A loaner car was provided by them at free of charge while they worked on my car. They stayed is touch with me every step of the way and consistently gave me updates on the vehicle during the process. They even hand delivered the car to me personally so that I did not have to make a trip to the dealership. I find Fred’s Executive Auto dealership respectable, responsible, and reliable and I would be happy to recommend them to people in the future. They went above and beyond with their customer service to make sure my Range Rover was like new again.
