Maggie is a wonderful person she assisted me the The whole way we came from the Virginia Beach location. She greeted us showed us around explain to us that this is a family business, and I do feel like that. There are a family business here very united made my process very easy to purchase my vehicle. If you’re a young buyer looking for a car, do not go here. Maggie made me feel like a complete idiot every step of the way. She passed remarks regarding my knowledge on everything and I had an uncomfortable feeling throughout. I did not feel like I received good customer service here. After visiting Freds I went to other dealerships and received much more respect there.
Also, they do not let you test drive here until you are approved to buy a car or something?? this was the only place that did not let me test drive

My husband and I had a lot of fun with Ash and Q talking about cars and things of life. We purchased the MB GLS 450 and we love and are happy with our purchase. My son bought a 2021 Honda Civic manual online & got it shipped to Massachusetts. He bought this car for $20K and had to already spend $3800 to get the clutch fix. It broke down within 24 hours! When called, they instead of trying to understand why it happened, squarly blamed my son for the damage. Is this their business model? We got it towed to Honda service station & they found damning evidence that the transmission went through very poor repair work. Three out of eight mounting bolts were missing, the ones which were there, were loose, the drain plug was loose & the oil was low. According to Honda mechanic, someone had tried to remove the transmission without lifting the motor which resulted in damage to the transmission side mounting. The stud is cross threaded (i.e nut is forced in, it can't get out) & the mounting doesn't sit flush. Honda made a video of it and documented their findings. Besides this, the driver door doesn't shut flush which puts doubts in mind if it was accidented. If they don't take this car back then we'll need to take legal recourse. It's a very humiliating feeling to be scammed like this.
Update 8/15/2024 Thursday
The car was shipped from Virginia and received in Massachusetts on Saturday 8/10. It broke down within 24 hours and had to be towed to Honda service station and we had to pay $3850 to fix the clutch. Not true that my son had this car for a month! Not difficult to prove with the shipping documents and the Honda service station documents. Secondly, Honda service station made a video and documented the poor workmanship of the previous work done on the transmission. Again, three out of eight mounting bolts were missing, some were loose, side mount bolt was cross threaded and the transmission didn't sit flush, oil plug was loose and it was low on oil.
When I called Fred dealership he was so rude and unprofessional that he said a waiver was signed therefore nothing matters anymore even the car was bought for $100k. Not just this, instead of understanding my concerns, he started saying that I was playing games. Well, the poor and dangerous workmanship is all documented. I can't believe that this is their business model. Wow! Good luck Mr. Fred. You can't go too far with such intimidation and utterly unprofessional customer service. You shouldn't even be selling defective cars in the first place.
My son should have bought a car either from Honda dealership, Caravana or Carmax who are professional and they stand behind what they sell.

I have been looking for a car over two months. I went so many places. I couldn’t find the car I wanted. Sometimes I like the car, but I do not like the people. But I came to Fred executive auto and the people are very nice. They make me laugh. They make me feel comfortable and I can feel their willingness to work with me. I can tell that people with fair credit or good credit to them is the same. They put a smile on my face today and I love, Mr. Q!

Finding a trustworthy dealership can be tough, but my search ended at Fred’s. The staff was transparent throughout the entire process, from browsing the inventory to finalizing the purchase. My salesperson, Ash, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly without being pushy.
I highly recommend Fred’s to anyone looking for a reliable dealership with a commitment to customer service.
